Good, not perfect
Genuine casino, but far from perfect. They employ some dirty tactics like turning off sending you verification messages that are needed to withdraw. They tell you to go to a place with network reception :)). After you contact them about this more than once, they turn it on again and you can withdraw. Unless you lose the money before they enable it. This happened more than once for me only at this particular casino. But you manage to withdraw eventually, which is good. I had a huge big win here (over 100k) and there were no issues with withdrawing in this case. I do have full account verification.
Except the one huge win, I lost all my deposits here and didn't feel like the casino has good performance, I was usually losing depo after depo, so don't play on big bets.
Another problem is that they have some serious issues with servers or connection, because I get kicked out of games constantly, be it Microgaming (now GamesGlobal) or Hacksaw. I don't remember having this issue with Pragmatic Play, but with some providers it's so frustrating that it makes you not even play those games, because they show error after error and you need to keep reloading the page.

Une assistance qui n'est pas là pour aider
Cela me peine de mettre une note aussi basse car j'ai toujours adoré jouer sur ce casino, leur système de fidélité est super, le casino est beau et fluide et je n'ai jamais eu de soucis avec mes retraits et mes dépôts.
Mais du jour au lendemain, plus aucune possiblité de récupérer un seul bonus, j'ai énormément dépensé sur ce casino j'ai même atteint le palier Argent niveau fidélité. J'essaye donc de comprendre pourquoi je ne peux plus avoir de bonus et on me répète que c'est parce que soit, j'ai créer un autre compte sur la meêm adresse IP, soit quelqu'un à déjà réclamé le bonus sur la même IP. Le problème étant que je vis seul, il n'y a personne d'autre que moi sur ma connexion et je n'aurais aucun intérêt à créer un nouveau compte étant donné le principe de fidélité sur ce casino.
On me refuse donc les bonus à chaque fois que j'essaye d'en réclamer un et on me copie colle juste les conditions sans même essayer de vraiment comprendre mon problème et essayer de m'aider vis-à-vis de l'impasse dans laquelle mon compte se trouve. Je demande à chaque fois au assistant de faire remonter ça plus haut pour savoir s'il n'y a pas une erreur sur mon compte ou bien s'il y a quelque chose que je peux faire pour prouver que je n'ai rien à voir avec ça et la seule réponse qu'on me donne c'est "réessayez quand vous recevrez un nouveau bonus ça marchera peut-être".
Spoiler : ça n'a jamais marché
Mes 10 derniers bonus m'ont étés gentiment refusés sans que je n'obtienne plus d'aide que "réessayez".
Voilà pourquoi je mets cette note aujourd'hui, car je trouve ça très petit de laisser vos clients galérer à ce point surtout après tant dépensé chez vous..
