Ordered an payed on the 09th of April and got nothing until now. They dont anwser Instagram or Emails and i marked the payment as fraudulent.

The products look cute but you dont get anything.

Paid, got a dispatch notification but no tracking info. Now link doesn't work and it's been nearly 4 weeks. Avoid at all costs!

So i ordered a Squirtle Keychain on10th April and it just arrived 17th April (I am from germany), amazing quality and the design is sooo good, i am in love!

I will order way more from them.

I found them on Instagram and was suspicious because we all know those fake instagram shop stuff, BUT THEY KILLED IT, i am so happy and can only recommend them.

I can't agree with previous reviews, texted the vendor in advance (super nice person!) and shipping took less than 5 business days, i received three high-quality keytags + free sticker. Awesome shop, nice products for Pokémon lovers and great service, will order again :)

Same as everyone else. Ordered a keyring on 31 March, no updates via Shop app. Have emailed today but will not wait any longer and contact my bank to claim back on a the basis of fraud.

Ordered two tags on 6th April, on the 8th April it was 'Shipped' but no tracking has been provided. the 'Shop' app just says "Waiting for Details". It would appear that everyone else has had the same issue. The fact that their Instagram page has got three highlights that says "proof" should have rang alarm bells for me. I opened a case with PayPal and won that within about 10 minutes.. Full refund on the way back to me.
Avoid at all costs!

Wish I'd seen these reviews sooner. Bought a bunch of keyrings and stickers, next day said shipped. Weeks later, still no delivery but said to track via Shop app. Shop app says they're still waiting for parcel details. Multiple attempts at contact on Instagram answered by a chat bot. Chargeback started with bank. AVOID THEM

I ordered on February 6th and it said my order was shipped next day. It’s now been a month and I’ve received nothing. I’ve sent numerous emails and instagram DM with no response, I’m contacting my bank today to file a charge back I’m so sad i just wanted the Reshiram key tag

This is seriously the worst online store ever. As cool as their product looks, their customer service is simply horrible. Like stated in other reviews, they do not answer emails and take forever to ship. My order was confirmed on the 22nd of January, and it is currently February 3rd. I have no idea when my package will finally ship, but I am going to mark the charge as fraudulent.

I ordered just a key tag and paid for it right away, and assumed it would arrive shortly after. After 4 weeks of waiting, I messaged them through email and instagram an all I got back was AI responses. I continued to try and message them through their website and commenting on their instagram posts but they deleted all my comments asking where was my order after waking over 6 weeks. I continued to try and message them but only got AI responses, no refund in sight and no self responsibility to try and make things right. Although I experienced a shitshow, my friend got his key tag smoothly so it’s a compete gamble whether or not they will do it right.

I ordered in November, received emails that my order was confirmed and then it was “on the way”. After 1+ months it still has not been delivered. I just assumed it was shipping delays and I messaged them on instagram. They seemed pleasant at first, but as soon as I gave my order number it became radio silent. I tried multiple times after to get the same result. DEFINITELY do not recommend.

To anyone who still wants the products they sell, check aliexpress or alibaba they have similar keytags.

Ordered a keychain 3 months ago, got a confirmation email and heard nothing after, emailed them 4 times messaged and commented on their instagram, they deleted my comments and still havent heard anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered 3 keychains around a month ago. I recieved a confirmation of the order and the money was taken from my account. Since then total silence.
I have not had any confirmation of shipping. I have not recieved any product. Noone has replied to my multiple emails and their instagram page uses a bot that repeats the same questions over and over without any answers.
Its been a month, no keychains, and no refund.
I would avoid this shop at all cost

I ordered a few key tags and a Keychain on October 17th. It says it shipped October 20th. Its currently December 1st and I still havent received this package. On top of that my emails have gone unanswered. I generally wouldn't purchase from this shop.

Recently ordered a Reshiram Keytag from this shop and not only did they take almost a whole month to ship it, they did not pay the shipping fee, so I had to pay an extra £5 to Royal mail as a result.
Overall unhappy with the experience, and I emailed them 3 times with no response throughout this process.
Also, a lot of Pokemon Keytags are on Shein and Aliexpress for less than £1.
