No customer service... I mean zero.

Junk company with a junk product and a junk refund policy. I bought 2 pairs of snow boots from this company, and both pairs are too small despite the website saying they'll fit up to a 1/2 size larger. Furthermore, the insoles for one of the shoes did not fully fit in the shoe and left a large gap that scratched the hell out of my foot in the 3 minutes I had them on. I took a picture of this defect to return and was told by their customer "service" that the insole could be removed and replaced, so it wasn't a defect. They then offered me a $4 refund (less than 5% of my original order) and 20% off another pair. Talk about insulting. The quality control and assurance process is a failure, and the customer "service" is even worse. Screw this company.

Junk poor quality, not water proof, zipper broke first use,no support for foot, extremely poor customer service, Chinese company and Chinese quality.
Giving zero stars was not an option or that is what I would have given.

Beware: ships from China. I was unaware of this when I ordered and footwear took too long to arrive so I bought locally which I should have done in the first place. Currently going through return process which is difficult because English is not a first language with the representatives. AVOID

If I could give less then 1 Star I would, I order a pair of Outdoor Snow Boots on 10/24/25 did not get them till 11/8/25, I order the wrong size and have been trying to get a return slip since 11/12/25 and they still won't send me one, all I want to do is return them for a refund. This company is out of China and their customer service is the worst, don't buy anything from them.

They sent me shoes that smell like burnt plastic, have creases in them and are refusing to take them back as defective. Stay away from this company, they will sell you garbage and not make it right

Decades of running and nursing left me with chronic foot issues. These are the first shoes I've ever worn that cause zero pain—no hotspots, no pressure points. I usually can't keep shoes on for hours, but I wore these nonstop foe the first few days and my feet never hurt once. I'm officially a repeat customer!

Abby was very helpful in assisting me with what to do to correct my order and get the right size. I love Kaegreel shoes and Abby's help just backed up why I enjoy them so much.

Why is this company allowed to advertise widely and market in the US? Ridiculously complicated to try and return an order that did not fit. With other companies this service is essential, straightforward, and routine. Stay away from this company and their products..

Sandals appeared to be shipped from China, not Michigan, based on unusable tracking info. They were never delivered.

My recommendation is to buy from a known supplier no matter how good the price looks. The money you save will make up the difference in price.

Kaegreel you're half top boots are terrible on rocks, I thought I was walking barefoot, there's no support in your shoe's. They look good in the picture online but in reality their no good. They may work good in sand but other terrain the shoes are terrible. Even your casual loafers doesn't have support you'll twist your ankle wearing those not good.

Shoes don’t fit. To get a refund I have to pay to send them to china-costs more than the refund. Their offer was keep the shoes, $17 and 30% off if I want to order a larger size.

Never again. I’ll stick with Amazon!

BUYER BEWARE!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I tried to cancel an order hours after it was placed. They responded by telling me the product has already shipped. One month later, I get a message stating the item I ordered was out of stock and I should pick another product. Never again. Either it’s a full refund or it’s a lesson learned.

Beware doing business with this company in CHINA. It will cost me more than half of what we paid ($60) for the two pairs of shoes (that don't fit) to return it and they have a clause they if they are charged any tariffs, they will refuse it. My post office said they have nothing to do with how tariffs are charged and so my belief is that this is yet another clause to prevent this company from processing a true refunding. They keep offering me a paltry refund and percent off a new order. They are infuriating and only repeat their return policy, which is useless for people in the US because it's going to cost you plenty to return an item...if they even accept it under all their instructions and guidelines. INFURIATING.

The shoes looked good online, but in reality the hole in which you put your foot is too small. The length is ok, but you can't get your foot into the shoe. They offered me a refund of $4 (yes, four dollars) and 20% off my next purchase. That's bad business. Stay away.

Very, very difficult to return order. Multiple emails to get info about return with recs of options to not return. I finally discovered the shoe comes from China, although original order said NY 😕.
USPS to China would be very expensive!
Stupid me!!

Recieved sandals I paid $56 for and paid an additional $16 for shipping. The sandals arrived wrapped in cheap plastic and tape. They were poor quality and I tried to return them. The company insisted after several emails that I ship them back to an address in China and pay all import duties before any refund would be given. Stay away from them!

It has been 21/2 weeks and I still do not have the shoes I ordered, in spite of the fact that Kaegreel charged my account the day I ordered. Beginning to wonder if I was scammed. No excuse for service this bad. Of course no 800 number to call. Shame on me for not doing more due diligence. I would never, ever buy from them again….totally awful service!!!!

No chance they will improve, their whole business model is to take your money and deliver garbage. I explained that the shoes I bought were much too small for the size and measurement of my feet and they claimed I can’t return them because they are “used”. Because I tried them on, they are used!!!!! Absurd. I only wish I had looked this business up first, I always do but somehow they fooled me.
