Excellent experience! Met on mothers day and bought a mothers day package for my sisters and mom. They loved it! One sister was shipped everything and it was just as expected. provided shipping info and everything was packed for safe shipping.

Couldn’t have found a more better company than Kailuna Soaps! I recently purchased the new coffee soaps, wild rose, and the lavender chamomile scents and they are each unique and different in their own ways. I really love how the scent isn’t too pungent and is subtle enough where you can enjoy the smells without any headache! Another favorite of mine is the Lavender Lemon room spray. This spray will instantly make anything you spray it on smell like a fancy spa! It’s wonderful! All of the soaps I have used so far also leave my sensitive skin feeling soft and smooth. Highly recommend this small business! 💞

I had been wanting to try these soaps since I heard Kailuna was going to do a pop-up at my friend's store Woofboard. Unfortunately, the pop-up was rained out. As someone who is sensitive to smells, I'm always concerned about ordering things online without doing a sniff test first. I tried ordering scents that seemed would be more neutral, and I added the Cafe Latte to my order as well. The shop did not do local delivery to where I lived, but they were going to be in my neighborhood and offered to bring it by. I was at work though so they brought it to me at work! It was the nicest experience with a small business I've ever had. All the scents I ordered smell amazing. I have been using the Cafe Latte soap and I definitely want to order it again once I need to restock. They also were kind enough to give me some samples of other products including bath salts which I've already used for a relaxing bath after a long week. Thank you for the amazing customer service and amazing products!
