When you go to a place like this it’s about an insecurity you need help with, they were very welcoming, professional and didn’t make me feel embarrassed in the slightest as you would over explaining your biggest your insecurities, I left feeling like acne wasn’t such a big deal and finally have a way of resolving that insecurity, great staff with amazing understanding and will be using them again in the future

After reading the reviews left for Kaizen Medical, I booked a consultation with Danika for LHR. Danika is warm, friendly and so professional, I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful Consultant. Everyone I have met so far at Kaizen are so welcoming and friendly and are more than willing to pause and answer any questions or just a quick chat. I can’t rate this clinic highly enough. I’ve been coming here for regular Botox for almost 3 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Everyone is so warm and friendly (which isn’t always the case in this industry).

I saw Emma again today for my Botox but also spoke with her about a new treatment. She is so knowledgeable and reassuring and recommends only what you need.
