Very importante!
I want to share a serious concern about this company.
My son worked for them and, due to a mistake he made, they decided to withhold his entire salary. They did not pay him at all for the work he had already completed. Keeping someone’s full salary as punishment is unfair and unprofessional.
Young people who are looking for work should think carefully before joining this company. In our experience, they pay very little, demand a lot, and do not act with fairness or integrity when problems arise.
No one should work hard and then be left without payment. I believe it is important to speak up so others do not waste their time and effort.
Please be cautious before accepting a position with them.
Unpaid Full-Time Training with Zero Security
If you’re looking for a place that expects you to work full-time hours for free, this is it. They require 3 weeks of training, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week — completely unpaid. During that time, you’re expected to pass multiple exams, and even after successfully completing everything, there’s still no guarantee of an actual position. Three weeks of your time, zero pay, zero security.
At the initial interview, they confidently tell you that you can choose between full-time or part-time payment options. In reality, your “choice” depends entirely on their availability. So the flexibility they promise is purely theoretical.
The organization itself is astonishingly chaotic. The same documents are requested multiple times, different staff members contact you without any apparent coordination, and it genuinely feels like internal communication simply doesn’t exist.
To make matters worse, some of the trainers struggle to communicate in proper English, which seriously undermines the quality and professionalism of the so-called training.
Overall, if unpaid full-time commitment, disorganization, and misleading promises sound like a great career move, this might be the place for you.
I was supposed to have an interview…
I was supposed to have an interview today with them, but they didnt send any link of invitation for the interview. I do not understand how are they allowed to have a website and pretend to recruit interpreters when they are so irrespnsible. It is just a spam company I think, they are getting revenues from the clickbaits from their websites, and who knows what they use every applican-t information for.
They require you to buy your own…
They require you to buy your own equipment.
Headset, backdrop, webcam.
They hire people as MEDICAL interpreter where you need two languages on a professional/medical level, but pay below minimum wage.
The first 3 months are unpaid training 9h/5 days a week.
Great to work with
They have a beautiful working environment.
Should I buy the things they want ?
After signing the documents and sending all the stuff they asked for(which was a nightmare, they made it me do it over and over. I printed signed, scanned and sent which is the legal way of signing yet they made me re-do it online. And they want me to send my pc specs again like right now even i said I am traveling right now and my pc is not with me.) The training starts on 15th. It is 10th today and they want me to buy usb headphones right now. Is it certain I will get hired if I buy ? Is it worth it ? I live in a developing country so getting paid in dollars would be good.

Applied for the english-arabic interpreter role, got scheduled for interview appointment, after 15 min waiting the agent did not show up, later they told me that i was not accepted for this role and i should wait for an opening in the next weeks or so.
the team leaders and the care of the…
the team leaders and the care of the whole team the support technically and emotionally were so good so far and the professionalism without losing emotions and understanding of the situations of each interpreter is the best things so far
the only 2 things was not so great one is solved was the vto and the salary a little bit low
I have been working as a medical/legal…
I have been working as a medical/legal interpreter for a little more than a year now and i have had a great experience with my supervisors and also my shift goes perfectly with my personal schedule
Healthy Work Environment
It's a great place where they invest and develop their staff and care to provide and maintain a healthy work environment
Worst company ever
If you want to get a mental illness, join Kalamcx (Future Group). They have the worst management imaginable. Boostlingo should ban all of their accounts, as they force their interpreters to use auto-clickers, which is against Boostlingo’s policies. I wish I could give them zero stars
Freedom never felt so good
My last day working for this company felt like pure heaven. That should tell you everything you need to know. The stress, the nonsense and the lack of basic respect were unbelievable. Leaving was the best decision I’ve ever made.
If You Value Your Sanity, Stay Away
This company is without question the worst I’ve ever worked with!
They make the most obvious mistakes imaginable like forgetting about a leave request made weeks in advance and then have the nerve to accuse you as if its your fault. Taking responsibility clearly isn’t part of their vocabulary.
The management is utterly unprofessional, completely disorganised and has zero respect for interpreters or their time.
They pay insulting rates and somehow still manage to drain every bit of motivation out of their interpreters. Their so called work ethics are toxic and the management system is nothing more than a mix of manipulation and exploitation dressed up as professionalism
And honestly all of the Future Group management combined couldn’t speak English as well as one person who actually speaks proper English.
It’s almost impressive how consistently bad they are.
To top it all off the positive reviews you see online are fake. They are written under pressure by supervisors who seem to think forcing people to post good reviews will magically hide the company’s rotten reality.
This company should be banned from operating. They’re single handedly ruining the interpreting profession and making interpreters suffer day in and day out.
This company is making interpreter suffer
This company is making interpreters work like slaves, the information that the recruiter give you is definitely not true, unprofessional onboarding process, asking too many documents and not hiring someone. And the payment is almost nothing, they don't value the terps time, knowledge and skills and tools we use to get the job done.
They need to change this kind of work ethics.
They are the company in the whole…
They are the worst company in the whole world.
Exploiting interpreters, enslaving interpreters, ruining their career.
They should be banned from working.
You get fixed low salary with crazy flow calls
You get fixed low salary, with full time calls, no breaks even to use the bathroom or do anything else, it felt like you are a prisoner on your chair, and you can't go. They demand a lot of things prior to hiring, (camera, headset, Grey background, fast internet, dressing formal) and at the end, you might not even get hired. So if you don't have these THINGS, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY BEFORE GETTING HIRED.
For some countries where dollar is worth much, you can handle the pressure, but for me it was just not worth it.
Osama
I worked there for almost 2 years. They milk their interpreters to the last drop, paying the lowest rates compared to other interpretation companies. Imagine paying $4 per hour and then cutting it in half when call flow is low. Even worse, they pay their Egyptian interpreters less than $2 per hour.
Edit: The recent reviews are all fake. One of their supervisors, Lisa, is forcing the interpreters to give positive reviews! What a shame 🤢.
Developing their teams😌
