Such a bad experience.. they had good designs and I had ordered multiple pieces online. Very bad delivery and pieces were also unfinished. Like literally threads were coming out of one piece. Only price is premium, services are bad, no communication and fittings are bad. Better go to store or choose other brands..

Rohit from the customer care team was extremely helpful in ensuring my refund was credited back to the source account. He proactively followed up multiple times and kept me updated on the status throughout the process.

Website needs updation for login issues.

Lovely saree and design. Ahmed was helpful in service. Quick delivery.
It will be even helpful if we sute mentions exact fabric name - pure silk organza or synthetic organza and whether saree is handloom , handmade or machineloom .

Kalki customer service is absolutely horrible. I had purchased n prepaid an order for custom fit dresses. 2.5 months later no response from Kalki. I tried to reach their online customer service which was of no help as they gave standard responses - “someone will get back to you”. When the store where the purchase was made (Santacruz, Mumbai) was contacted- their standard response was “OC is on leave of absence so we can’t contact the customer”. Are you saying that the fashion house as big as Kalki has only one Order coordinator and if that person is on vacation they are unable to process requests? Three days later I m still waiting with no resolution.

I would caution everyone - be careful when making any purchases from Kalki.

Particularly like to appreciate the way mr ahmed @kalki handle things and his prompt response.

It was said that product will be altered to size 42 from 44 as discussed, but kurta and pant have not been altered.

Not as described! I ordered a stitched blouse. I also verified before placing the order that I was ordered a pre pinned saree. Apparently, once the order was processed, the pre pinned part did not process. Could not go back to verify because the price is different EVERY TIME you look at the site. The delivered blouse item was NOT as ordered. They conveniently had to escalate my concern and took 32 days to respond so that PayPal will not accept my dispute. Customer service said I can get it altered and they aren't going to do anything else about it. Absolutely the WORST service.

They have been Very fast in solving a problem about my order. All the team (including ROHIT) has been kind to me in all the messages.

Color was off. Not at all as what was described and shown online. The embroidery work looks cheap and the organza is not high quality. Extremely disappointed.

Extremely disappointing experience with Kalki Fashion. It took over a month to process my order, and despite constant follow-ups, even basic issues were not resolved. Their delivery and return system is highly inefficient, and customer support simply repeats the same response without taking any real action.

This has been one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve had. I will not be purchasing from them again and strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this brand.

I just received my Kalki ordered, which I ordered from their website to be delivered to the UK. I ordered 2 Anarkali dresses and 1 cape Sharara. The quality is very good and what I would expect for an Anarkali priced at £149 (not not cheap!).

I am giving it 4 stars because the sizing does NOT match the sizing chart measurements on their website. I ordered size small for myself and Size medium for my mum based on the sizing charts measurements, but the bust measurements are sooo off and definitely not aligned with the sizing chart measurements. I am a seamstress so I can take side seam off and sew it to give it so it fits better. But if you can't sew then You're in trouble. The Sharara top is so tight I couldn't even get it down my shoulders! So I'd suggest go 1 or 2 sizes up if you purchase it via their website. So for example, if you are a UK size 10 you need to go for Kalki size Medium for sure (I got size S and it's way too snug at the bust!)

Other than that great outfits. Just wish the sizing was good though. My feedback to the Kalki Team - please reflect the sizing on the size chart on your website! Thanks a lot guys.

Shipping delayed, when I called and asked said it will reach in 2 days, didn’t reach. Arrived 3 weeks after placing an order, had to get it shipped to the US and pay extra. Customer service did not come to any resolution whatsoever

In the past, chats were taking a long time between messages. I just spoke with Neha very fluidly and quickly to achieve the results I needed. Communication was clear, concise, and professional. Thank you

For the price and quality, Kalki is not a bad deal. I received notification that my order had been shipped, but did not get a shipping number.
Almost all my items arrived as advertised and on the date the listing said to expect them.
I was missing one item and contacted customer service via WHATSAPP.
Neha helped me very quickly. She was able to provide me tracking information for my lost item.

I did not have any experience with refunds.
