I didn’t receive the product yet, but I feel like I need to write my experience for everyone to know. When (or if) I receive the pillows I might add another star.
Preordered 2 pillows that were supposed to be sent on 13th November. On 13th they didn’t send anything and said it will be sent on 18th. On 18th, of course they didn’t send anything, then finally on 20th I received a reply that the order will be sent as soon as possible. Now I’m waiting… weird that I have to wait that long for a couple of pillows. Even if I will love them, I can’t give more than 2 stars just because of all of this headache.

Kally Side sleeper pillow
After a long wait my 'side sleeper' pillow arrived. Rather than use it straight away, I decided to try it out for half an hour in its packaging, as it seemed very hard and wrongly shaped for the side sleeper style of pillow.
I found the pillow to be far too hard and uncomfortable, offering no specific support for my neck as detailed in the Kally advert.. So I contacted the company for a return label and was told they do not accept 'used' returns but that I should send my unwanted pillow(at my own expense) to a charity -name and address given by Kally - and that Kally would refund my money when the charity confirmed receipt of the pillow. I have not done this and intend to contact Trading Standards to report the pillow as 'Not fit for purpose'. Both the filling and firmness are completely wrong for the support the pillow is supposed to give I would have expected it to be filled in layers with an indentation for the head - as on other side sleeper pillows - but it is in fact packed with a cheap coarse grey hollow fibre material that has no shape or 'give' in it. Not worth the price at all!

Following so many other recent reviews, zero communication from this woeful customer services . The popularity of the which review means that they are out of stock of the side sleeper pillows. However why do they not mention this and apologise in any of the communications on this website? My order was number 4338.

I have had an horrendous experience dealing with Kally Sleep. I ordered a baby nest as a gift for a newborn, the item never arrived. Contacting customer services is like wading through treacle, eventually I got a response together with a promise of them sending the item immediately. This has not happened, as far as I am aware the item has not even been processed yet. It's particularly annoying as it is a gift. Once again I am trying to contact them with absolutely zero response. I very much recommend anyone not to buy from this company.

I ordered two side sleeper pillows that were lumpy and half filled. I assumed it was a quality assurance mistake, so emailed Kally Sleep with photos and a video. They didn't respond to that and several follow up emails over several weeks. They only responded after i sent a final email advising I had requested a chargeback by my credit card issuer and that I was exercising my right to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Kally Sleep instructed me to send the pillows to a charity, completely ignoring the fact that the pillows were inadequate and the refund request. No customer should be out of pocket for a business's faulty product.
I only purchased from them because Which.co.uk rated them highly. I reported the poor experience back to Which, which they'll hopefully take on board and not ever recommend this poor excuse for a business again.
Update: They've replied below. Funny how I get a same-day response when posting about my experience publicly or after my 4th email to customer service about a charge-back. This company has had 5 opportunities to rectify the issue. I hope others see through how non-genuine this response is.

There was a delay with my order, and there was a lack of communication unfortunately. However, my pillows have arrived and they are as good quality as my previous order and I would recommend them.

I’ve placed an order on 12th of October, and here we are 4th of November and never received the 2pillows and pillow case. After several emails requesting update, they only replied once to say it’s out of stock and today my order has been cancelled. Appalling customer service! Don’t waste your money!
The company replied underneath implying I requested the cancellation of the full order which is not the case.

I would gladly rate this higher. I've not received any pillow or any notice but they have taken my cash. My order is 4257. I will give them 48hrs or will contact my credit card provider. The problem seems to be that they never had any stock of the product ordered, however there was no communications to me on email and their website stated would be with me in a few business days. Guess what after reading my message on Trustpilot it looks like they took the huff and cancelled my order so I'm back to the beginning. I've changed my score as there CS seems to work, if they could just improve the order communications. I'm not telepathic yet!

Terrible customer service, ordered 2 pillows 2 weeks ago and still not received items. Tried to contact them and no response, ignoring emails. They are taking people’s money and no way of getting it back. There’s no notification from them to even say a delay on the order and no way of contacting them. AVOID USING KALLY SLEEP

Ordered a pillow on Saturday 18th - fair enough, I missed the code for next day delivery (no idea why they'd lock this behind a code in the first place if it's free) and still no communication on my order as late as Wednesday 22nd so I emailed.
Received a response letting me know today the folllowing:
'Due to the Side Sleeper Pillow being awarded a Which? Best Buy recommendation, we’ve experienced an unprecedented surge in demand. As a result, this item had sold out
More stock has arrived and the team is working as fast as possible to get these out the door but there are a lot of orders to process.'
Refund requested - absolutely poor way to do business.

I bought a pillow with express shipping, and after 7 days still hadn't received a dispatched notification. When I emailed support I was told the pillows were out of stock and _should_ be back in stock next week. It is totally disingenuous to sell out of stock products - they should be marked as out of stock and have a notification for when they are back in stock, money shouldn't be taken for items that can't be shipped as described, especially without the customer's knowledge. Also for there to be no communications at all about this for 7 days on an 'express shipping' order is totally wrong.

I ordered a pillow from Kally Sleep and changed my mind literally one minute later. There was no option to cancel, so I emailed them immediately. It’s now been over two weeks and I’ve had zero response, not even an automated reply. Their customer service is completely non-existent. You can’t reach anyone, and if you want to return something, you have to pay for it yourself, even though they ignore every email. This company is an absolute joke, they take your money and vanish. I’ve never dealt with a brand this unprofessional and careless. Save yourself the stress and buy from anywhere else.

Ordered 2 side sleeper pillows as Which? raved about them. Because Which? raved about them they'd sold out. After nearly a month they finally arrived, and last night we tried them out. I'm not exactly sure what Which? liked about them because it's like lying on an a large oblong balloon. Can't return them so they’re off to the Charity shop.
