Promised refund when I contact within 24 hours if product not good for me. I did so, filled their form for refund but now they just ghosting me and not refunding me the money. I add here that their "intelligent spoofing" etc. is not working you should avoid Kameleo in any circumstances to avoid problems, support is terrible.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone at Kameleo for 2 days - i downloaded the product, had trouble could not find help, the support page is just articles and testimonials - just goes round and round finally i tried to cancel my membership and it was well within the 24 hours - so i am due a refund - but they are ghosting me TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

When you ask them they give you articles and not direct answers when you see this you will automatically know this is scam, not a company, and when I asked them to do a test they brought me a photo from them which is the trustworthy result so I can believe them and before I buy I went to test after my soul went out they accept to give me trial I did my test I found it's leaked when I asked them why? they said there is a competitor which is login do this after I asked them to go and visit different other websites which can detect leaks they refused and they said we don't want to waste our time I can share photos and clues I advice everyone before you waste your time in reading articles which are not clear You right to ask in deep details and make them answer you clear answers and do you test before you pay then go on
about the support they take 3 days to reply to your questions other companies just take 24h with clear answers
their system is not complete and not safe so whatever you do it will be just wasting of time.
My advice to kameleo is to respect your customers first then fix your system and improve it please .
