I highly recommend this company

I highly recommend this company. I ordered a part for my weight bench which was lost in the mail, and after weeks of it not showing up, I contacted Kamparts, and Maria P. took care of everything and had the part to my weight bench here in a couple days. Great experience, and the matter was resolved professionally and in a time fashion. Thank you Maria P. and Kamparts!

Parts ordered

There was an issue with the product…

There was an issue with the product received as being slightly out of spec, but just enough to make it unusable for us. This was disappointing because the product was really beautiful. Kamparts handled the matter professionally, followed-up by quickly confirming the issue and refunded our money before even being asked to do so. We are looking forward to purchasing the new product from Kamparts as soon as it is available. We all learn more about suppliers when there is an issue than when there is not. I am a discerning customer at all levels, being an engineer and attorney and business owner myself. So when I say I recommend this supplier, and my name is visible on it, that's the best recommendation I can provide.

I couldn't find this particular product…

I couldn't find this particular product anywhere. Kampart had them. For a Canadian they were expensive especially the shipping. Not sure why they use US mail. However I received them within a couple weeks and am thankful they had them.

Thank you for taking time to give us a review. We are sorry that time item you ordered did not meet your very unique and specific needs.

We have had many people in the orthopedic, rehabilitation, medical fields tell us that this pedal is wonderful for them as it keeps their feet in place while using their stationary bike.

However, with that said the item you ordered was not designed for how you were using it, so trying this item out, likely would be a risk for you as it is not being used for its intended purpose as it was not designed for use on a prosthetic leg/foot.

Regarding the 'fee' you mentioned, we are willing to give you a full refund on the item, even after you had 'used' it. We only as that you ship the item back to us or we can send you a label to use to send it back, though it would deduct from the refund of the pedal.

Unfortunately, shipping is a service that is provided by a 3rd Party, which we have to pay as well; it is independent of what we would like to charge, which is why we keep our pricing on all of our items fair and low. Being a small business, we refuse to roll shipping and other fees into our products so that customers and enjoy our premium products at an affordable price. We do understand that sometimes things do not work out and believe that this is an understandable agreement for all involved.

Thank you for giving our product a chance, and we hope that you are able to find a solution that works for you.
