Three failures - ENOUGH
I tried my third smart bait mini and just like the other two, it failed after a single use. I can’t be bothered to return it and until they change the design flaw, I'll avoid this product. Cheap electric toothbrush works better!

Bought these a smart baits few months ago great product prompt delivery . But where kanama excelled is when one of my mini smart baits failed and stopped working I contacted kanama support the replied the next day ask me to do some tests while videoing it in my phone . Was the the evidence was received the replaced my defective product promptly

Products work initially
Products work initially. That being said serious issue you with battery life. After about a month of using in cold weather, their life goes from about 2 hours for the Kanama mini to about 15 minutes and most of them won't even charge. These products are stored fully charged. There's no reason for this type of failure to happen. A really bad batterie system.

I think the Smart Bait is a cool concept, but as a beginner, I find it a bit tricky that it activates automatically once inserted. A delayed start feature would make it much easier for new users to handle.

Disappointed with Delivery Experience

I really hope the seller can provide more detailed guidance or a step-by-step tutorial (preferably with visuals), especially for those who are new to this kind of setup.After all, the ultimate goal is to successfully catch the fish, not just attract it.

A waste of money
I have tried the Kanama device with mackerel as bait, but it seems not to be suited for the anatomy of this fish. One has to use considerably force to get the device placed inside the fish, and the resulting movements are not impressive. If one uses bait that have been frozen, it is very easy to perforate the side of the mackerel, since the wriggling movement starts immediately, before the device is in place. Furthermore, it is not suited for deep sea fishing where heavy sinkers are necessary.

We recommend using fresh dead fish as bait. Frozen fish are indeed difficult to use with the Smart Bait device because the flesh becomes too soft after thawing and cannot hold the hook firmly.
The Smart Bait can absolutely be used for deep‑sea fishing.
You can use a three‑way connector, letting the sinker hang downward while the bait, lure, and hook drift naturally in the current from the side. This setup works very well for deep waters.

Verpackung intakt, keine Schäden an der Ware
Das Produkt kam in einwandfreiem Zustand an, die Verpackung war gut und die Schutzmaßnahmen waren hervorragend, sodass das Produkt während des Transports keine Schäden erlitten hat. Allerdings ist das spezielle Ladekabel während der Nutzung leicht zu verlieren.
