A real scammmmm
A real scammmmm ! The quality and the design are very bad nothing to do with the pictures, the supposed leather (carton) has a bad finishing with a lot and ties are stepping out of the shoes. I requested a return and refund and guess what they refused !! It is a scam run.

They will lie over admnd over and in the end I never received what I ordered only shoes that will not fit me asfger they asked me for my measurements over and over again. I am reporting this as fraud

Addendum: After seeking restitution from my bank I was contacted by Kandee and they did in-fact send me a replacement shoe. I have changed my score accordingly. I would have given 4 stars if we could have resolved it on our own. I’m updating this to maintain transparency.
I ordered a pair of shoes from Kandee shoes. It was delivered and subsequently acknowledged by Kandee’s representatives (Josh Wayman and personnel via their Instagram business chat) to be defective. They confirmed they would replace and reship it. Multiple assurances for 3 shipments proved false. I emailed
Josh again after the 3rd failed assurance of shipping requesting a refund. Josh never responded. So, 10 weeks after the original order and 6 weeks after replacement was assured I requested a refund via their Instagram business chat as well. They responded initially and offered up a 4th shipping date . Respectfully, I explained why their new shipping date lacked credibility and therefore I wanted a refund. They voiced understanding and requested that the defective product be returned. Therefore l requested a return label. They did not want to provide a return label so they offered me a store credit which is of no value to an ex customer. They then challenged whether there was even a defect. Stating that they needed more photos to confirm whether they would refund the shoe and shipping. I provided those photos and the defect was obvious but they returned to offering a store credit . Again I confirmed that this would be of no value to me. Finally, after pivoting several times they stated they would refund the cost of the return shipping if I provided a receipt. I requested confirmation and further clarification of the terms we discussed to avoid any miscommunication.
1 . Which courier they (Kandee shoes) would like me to use. As per their last communication they would refund me the cost of return shipping with proof of receipt. I therefore felt the courier should be their choice.
2. How they would like to receive a copy of the receipt. (via the business chat or if by email to whom it should be addressed )
3. Confirmation that I would be refunded the original cost I paid for the order 2297 in the amount of $239.20 , in addition to the total cost of the return shipping on the requested receipt from the courier of their choosing . And confirmation this would all be refunded back to the credit card that I originally used (Not a store credit)
I have since received no further communication for them . Kandee shoes failed multiple times to follow through on their assurance to replace/reship the defective product they delivered to me. When replacement failed I sought restitution via refund. They then failed to confirm the aforementioned details for return nor provided a return address for the defective item.
Also of note:
1. They advertise that they ship via Fed ex but they actually ship via DHL.
2. Address on website indicates they are in London but the shoes ship from China

They are not opened on hearing complaints and do not provide solutions, rather feisty and nonchalant responses.

I’m waiting for my package
It's been 10 days since I placed my order and I have no information regarding the delivery of my order. I have already sent emails to understand, but there has been no response from them. I am going to ask for a refund, will they respond? Is it a scam? Do not order!!!!
Incredibly poor customer service
Incredibly poor customer service. Website does not say, but shoes come from china. Also, upon checkout it is declared that taxes are included, however, that is not the case.
Quality
To be honest, the models and their design is so good. I ordered 2 pairs, and seems the quality is not there. The right side are unsteady. Insole is not properly glued, some parts of insole detached. Contacted the customer service and the only answer I got was only will revert to the factory, unsatisfactorily.
