I’ve been in contact with customer service regarding a refund for my missing parcel, which was marked as delivered to a “safe place,” but the delivery photos clearly show it was left in the entrance lobby, despite secure storage boxes being available.
It has now been over six weeks, and I continue to receive the same generic apologies about delays, with no resolution or refund. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand, as it appears many others have had similar experiences.

Very very poor service

Very very poor service. My goods never arrived. They sent a false email to me saying the items had arrived when it hadn't. They also failed to respond to my email. A scam. I'll let my whole family and friends avoid purchasing.

Item never arrived , photo of a different address given for so called delivery. Very poor customer service in support of this issue. Would NOT recommend this company!!

Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company. Wish I had done my homework and looked at Trustpilot prior to placing an order - annoyed with myself. Bought a ceiling light - very disappointed with quality - cheap components and unlike the website pictures. After sales service - there is not one !! Unable to return item as no phone contact and my numerous emails remained unanswered.

Electric nail clipper

Electric nail clipper.
1)Completely hopeless. It has a rotating file that is supposed to trim/file nails. However, when applied to a nail it is too weak to continue rotating and therefore cannot trim or file the nails.
2)The second issue is Kandiana's RETURN policy. Defective goods have to be returned to China by recorded delivery at the customers expense.. The cost of this is greated than the value of the goods
3) Kandiana have a fake review site on which reviews can be uploaded. My critical review was removed within hours on two occassions.
In summary: beware! this company is selling extremely poor quality goods with a returns policy that is not fit for purpose.

After each review they promised a refund. Now 6 weeks later their promises are worth exactly the same as my refund.
Zero, non-existent never arrived.

Ordered 1 small item, took a good few weeks to come which was actually fine, however, when it arrived it was smashed in more than 1 place, so I emailed the company to try and get a replacement, now 2 weeks later and not even had a response from the company

Rubbish

Rubbish! They make it so hard to return an item I didn’t have the energy to go through the whole process so I just threw the item in the bin, very tacky nothing like the picture, the box was bashed. I DO NOT recommend this company!
