I purchased the classic version which my Cockapoo crumbled down into pieces within 1 minute. They declined to refund so I eventually negotiated that they send the extreme version. Again he chewed it into pieces on first use. These are not fit for purpose and are a dangerous choking hazard. Avoid at all cost!

The handle for the paws is perfect, helps my retriever get better grip on the toy. Smart design and concept, would definitely recommend if your fur baby gives you a hard time brushing their teeth

My dog chewed this for less than two minutes and managed to break it. It is not fit for purpose and absolutely not worth the money.

SCAM!!!!!!!! This company is a total scam! It is based out of China but the site said from Los Angeles Ca! The label they used from the US what on top of one from China. I tried to return the product and they told me to send it back. I did and they claimed they never received it. $118 I lost out on from this company. DO NOT BUY!

The company is a scam - they portrait it as a Los Angeles company, while it is Chinese. Who would give their dog a toy and toothpaste from an unapproved Chinese company? No one. So they defraud customers with fake reviews, website etc.
The products took two months to arrive. They are made in China, and not approved for sale in the United States. They never replied to me regarding refund, but when I disputed the charge they lied so much and presented fake documents to make it stand. Stay away from this trashy company. Some people’s dogs ended up in ER bc of these defective trashy toys.

Total scam, my two kittens destroyed the chew toy in 10min. It is clearly not made for chewing, and broke down, so I would even call it a potential choking hazard. It is a rubbery plastic thing..

Company refuses to refund it, and it took more than 2 months to receive it in the first place.

Spent a penny for 2 toothbrushes. Received none after 2 months. I was told that I did not write the corre details now which is further from the truth. I smell a scam unfortunately...

My daughter asked us to get this. At first I was “for walking around the block”. Now I have changed my thought. This thing is really great!! A way to carry water for a walk or trip and it doesn’t leak. The mechanism seals very well. Our Goldendoodle knew what to do the first time and it works great. Easy to clean. You could let a little water out and swish it around to rinse it on the go.

Not a trustworthy place. Shipping is a mess. They use a non brand shipping company that is also not trustworthy. I ordered a few and apparently they delivered in my mailbox at 4:30 in the morning. Then they wanted me to contact the carrier. I’m not being paid to do your job. Not even a refund

I purchased a product called “KanineCare Dog Toothbrush (FDA approved)” after seeing a Facebook ad with many positive product reviews. I checked out the company's Facebook and Instagram pages, both of which claim it is a "family-owned business from Los Angeles, California." Their website doesn't have an address but does have a phone number with a US area code. I sent them a message on Facebook asking what size toothbrush to order for my 8-10 lb dogs, they responded immediately and said SMALL. So I ordered a small toothbrush and the total was $25.70. I waited more than a month for the goods to arrive. When it finally arrived, I was shocked to see it was shipped from China. Why would a Los Angeles-based company ship goods from China? When I open the package, the item they sent me may be the wrong size or their idea of ​​"small" is very different from the reality. This thing will never fit in my dog's mouth, it's so big. Additionally, it appears to be made from a very cheap material and gives off an unpleasant chemical smell that I have never smelled in my previous purchases of dog toys or supplies. To me, it definitely doesn’t feel “FDA approved” – it looks like something you could buy at the dollar store! I checked the return policy of the company listed on their website, they say that as long as the package is unused (which is mine) and I still have the original packaging then you can return it within 30 days - just contact them about the return and they will send me a shipping label. I contacted them via email the same day I received the product, explained the situation and requested to return the product and refund (as I said, not only was it not the right size, but I also didn't want the dog chewed it (a chemical cocktail). I received an email reply the next day from someone named "Bianca" saying I could return the item but I would have to pay for shipping myself and not only So: they do not support their product at all. Their claim on their website that they will send a return label is completely false. Everything about this company is fake. I even tried calling their 243 area code phone number - no one answered, it was just a text saying "their phone line is down". All are scams. . So stay away, this is another scam company based in China.

The toothbrushes only lasted 5 minutes and parts of the rubber was coming off. Kanine care said they can't find my order. On my checking account it says Soonping UK
How do I get a hold of this company?

I need to be reimbursed my $67.00.
