Customer service at Kaoshi is always top tier! Whenever I run into issues with my transaction, I chat with personnel via WhatsApp and call they are always very welcoming and helpful.

They have a really good platform, they give you the assurance that your money is safe and you are dealing with reliable sources for the swap. Really good customer care service, always there to help out. Kudos to them.

Sometimes it takes too long for them to confirm you have sent payment via zelle. They do not provide the details of why there is a delay in the confirmation. There is also a further delay in receiving your money in the naira account after the going through the initial zelle payment confirmation delay. This is really annoying.

I truly appreciate the way the rep (Obinna) patiently walked me through the fund transfer process, step by step. Another thing is the reps are always available and you never have to wait long to be contacted by an actual human. That human connection is what’s missing in a lot of other brands’ customer service experiences these days. Kaoshi cares.
