I would recommend this platform to friends and family. Transaction is pretty straightforward, however, having a live virtual assistant or a customer representative to chat with will be efficient if there are challenges.

Kaoshi is clutch. I prefer for the money to be deposited into the bank account as opposed to cash pick up. I get the best rates to Nigeria and they are quick!

Maybe you could give a notification if the first offer failed and just give an option where I could agree an increased exchange rate at once, rather than returning the money and me starting the process again.

Also, what if I entered a wrong receiver's email address by mistake? There was no verification from the receiver's end, other than the sender putting the email address.
