After that initial contact, the staff was in touch with me to do the paperwork. I was completely blown away. They worked just the exact same way like Alex did: efficient, organized, result-oriented, warm and friendly, helpful and very professional.

They even followed up with me before and after the booking. I have worked with other great agencies before but their booking and invoicing systems weren't as well-organized and easy to work with like Kaplan Interpreting Services' system.
