I should have read the reviews, please do not order, poor customer service and they do not provide a tracking number. They also do not respond to emails and have limited their comments on IG because they know they are terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS EVER! You will regret it! I got my money back!

I ordered a set of canvases and a tray. The canvases were delivered in a timely manner. After 35 business days, no indication the tray had even shipped. It's clear I won't get a real human response from their support email so may have to dispute with bank per other comments..

Pre-ordered a lamp through their concierge. I was a little concerned with the timing but it was inline with their shipping policy. The lamp arrived and it is stunning! It's truly a show stopping piece that every always comments on. Truly one-of-a-kind.

Love, love, love! This store has great items to give your home a quick update! Read the shipping policy and my order came before the estimated delivery. Can't wait to start my holiday shopping.

I purchased a $330 lamp from Karen Jai Home. It took months to arrive and once it finally did, it was in a beat up box and had clearly been shipped from overseas. The quality could be best described as a flea market find valued at about $30. It was cheaply made and the picture and description were very misleading. I tried numerous times to reach the company. They never answer the phone or call back. Finally I initiated a return via email and they gave me an incomplete address. I eventually got the right address after stalking them and shipped the sad little lamp back at which point they would only offer a store credit as there are no returns. I disputed through my credit card and resolved the issue through them as I no longer had time to go back and forth with these people. Buyer beware...

I ordered the Juku Pitcher set as a gift. It was packaged well and shipped quickly. It was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. My friend loved tt. I also loved it so much that I am going to order a set for myself. It is an added bonus that this is a woman-owned brand!

I ordered the Hampton tissue box. That is what it is called in the description. It also gives the measurements in metric. Actually my product was 6" X 8" which I'm sure is what is listed. Wish they would give both types of measurements. It does not hold a box of tissue, you take them out of the cardboard box and put them in the tissue box.
I wanted to return but could not. My fault, read the fine print. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are not getting a refund. The tissue box description says it is faux leather. It is possibly vinyl, but does not feel substantial. Yes, it is faux. Overall, I will not order from this site again.

I had an incredible experience with this business! I was ordering a gift very close to Christmas, and I called to check when it would be delivered; the owner personally shipped my gift, and it arrived before Christmas Day. And my brother LOVES the silverware. He said it was his favorite Christmas gift :) Thanks Karen Jai Home!

I ordered the two Seville glasses in stainless steel. They are beautifully crafted and the colors are vibrant. I ordered the rose colored. I like that I don't have to worry about them breaking. They are large enough for a tall glass of wine in the evening, or whatever else you chose.

Karen Jai Home charged 42 dollars for a vase they passed as a luxury item which really was just a drop ship counterfeit item from china. Then refused to refund the item and harassed me via phone and sent me a racist email. Avoid this company at all costs.
