a product that actually works

The freeze spary is useless waste of money, the hyper power fly killer spray is good but no longer available which is a shame

Wasp spray was good , 5 metre range was great to stand at the distance .. delivered next day . Been using Karlsten for a long time .can get hold of them on the phone anytime with no automated things

Awful to deal with!
Stupidly bought wasp killer through B&Q not realising it’s not B&Q you deal with. Advertised as next day delivery receipt even says a specific delivery day didn’t come hadn’t heard anything so contacted with no reply. B&Q emailed to cancel order as wasn’t even dispatched when it should of been delivered. Ignored email and dispatched followed tracking said it was delivered when it wasn’t. Tried contacting courier who said they couldn’t do anything and to contact sender who still hadn’t responded to myself or the B&Q email id been copied into.I Messaged again to say I hadn’t recieved the item despite tracking showing delivered previous day. I got a rude email back saying it had been delivered and handed to me (which it hasn’t) and they “don’t appreciate false claims of non-delivery.” Which it isn’t! They also now claim the original tracking number isn’t the right one and sent another tracking number. Communication and customer service is awful! Will have to take up with my bank.
Can’t review the product AS IT WASN’T DELIVERED

Edited as I can’t respond to what they’ve put wish I could add screenshots of the emails. The product should of been delivered Monday they are claiming it was delivered Wednesday. They were emailed Monday with no reply until Wednesday after they claim it was delivered then rude emails! Emails contradict each other one saying they have photo evidence next saying they will get it from Amazon if they have it. If you look at the tracking it was dispatched AFTER the cancellation email. It was cancelled due to not being able to deliver on time.

Despite a slow start the company came through and delivered what I ordered and the product works as advertised, I would use this company again.

Ordered Karsten Fly Freeze Spray direct from Company and delivered on time, absolutely no issue with company.

Unfortunately I found the product Not to be at all effective, at best the spray blew the fly off course, it is not a product I will purchase again.

I really appreciate that the company has replied positively, I am not able to return the spray as it's already been disposed of, but thank you for the offer👍

The peppermint spray is useful to me to keep spiders away without killing them but the delivery uses Amazon who are hopeless here. They delivered it to the wrong address and they have no method of contacting them. Also their delivery window is 4 hours -far too long.

The anti rodent spray seems very effective so far. The smell is not unpleasant too. Fingers crossed that the mice don't come back into my engine

Great spider killer spray. Doing it's job excellent. Leaving no survivors behind. I can clearly recommend it to all arachnophobic people. 3 years so far without a single spider at my home.
