I made deal for a bmw m3 on the 20-10-25 i left e deposit for £1000
Then i changed mind next day 21-10-25 but Mr Asrar keept £500 and he told me to fack off refused to get the deposit back some how he give me £500 back which the car still was for sale online
He did not loose anything that he needed to keep £500
Do not trust this company one star is too good for this man ,,

Wow stay away what a lousy car dealers.... Don't spend your money they rip u off and they r so not good... And there attitude and how they speak 2 customers is disgusting and appalling and no way 2 treat them lime that... Stay away and don't spend your money there.... I wouldn't ever go there ever again... And the Arrogant arrogant way they talk 2 u... PLEASE DON'T GO OR SPEND ANY OF YOUR MONEY THERE U WILL REGRET IT I PROMISE YOU.... STAY AWAY!!!!

I've looked through the reviews and am shocked. I px my car for a van there the other day and was treated amazingly with very fair px charge. Martin looked after me and my partner and child very well including drinks and letting us use the toilet. I can't say a bad word, the guys out the back didn't seem to like my presence when looking for Martin (other than the guy who helped him with the seatbelt we noticed had issues they fixed before we left) after payment I might add. But yes the van runs amazing, spot on, gearbox the lot, done 150 miles home on about 10er in diesel and the van has no issues present. I felt Martin went above and beyond and can't praise him enough. As I say shocked about the reviews but just giving my personal experience, don't judge, just ask for Martin;)!

I agree with all the negative reviews on here the guy couldn’t seemed less interested in selling me a van that had issues that he said I would need to sort out after the sale.
The guy seemed to forget that I was the customer and he was the seller! Avoid at every cost not worth throwing your hard earned money down the drain with this bloke.
Only positive note is that the polish guys outside are really lovely guys just a shame they work for these cowboys!

I can see why the reviews are bad. What a seriously arrogant guy. It was as if I was asking for something well out of the ordinary just to look around the van. Earlier he Told me he needed to know the car I was interested in so they could get it out for me after explaining i had a 1:45 min journey to get there, I would have expected the Guy to remember me, the vehicle and that i’d even phoned him. After processing how bad this initial point of sale was I walked off.
Don’t give rude people like this your hard earned cash. Stay well clear.

Bought a Peugeot Partner for my dog walking trade . Very helpful staff every step of the purchase. Plenty of Vans to chose from . Martin is very nice and helpful person . Changed the tyre and one of the mirror really quick. Definitely highly recommend these people . Governor is Easy to deal with .

Spent £9000. On a van. Promised a brand new mot. And a warranty Only had 10 days left on mot , took it in for mot. Failed , cost of repairs to get a mot. £1149. Water pump failed 3 days later. Then it kept switching the engine off when driving Unsafe to drive. Had to buy another van. Avoid at all costs

AVOID!!! at all costs. This company sells faulty vehicles, refuses to refund and are aggressive con men.

Brilliant service and polite and courteous throughout the sale of our car

DM Vans, Chesham Trade Center and Karzltd are all the same people who run all three sites. The awful reviews you see here are our experience, too. My son-in-law bought a van that lasted about two weeks. When he took it in for repair, there was a gasket missing and a bit of goop had been put in its place. When it blew out, oil leaked all over the alternator, wrecking it. When he bought it, he was promised a 3-month warranty. I was there and heard the promise. They refused to honour it. Once that £1000 repair was done, two weeks later it just died. We were told that the injectors had failed. We asked again about compensation and were told "No". Very unprofessional and do not back up the junk they sell.

I brought a van and as soon as I drive it 4 1 hour the problems started the clutch went first so took 2 get checked the brakes were done so had 2 change the ball joints has completely gone, back lights are faulty. I'm very disappointed as it was the first van I have ever brought i cant believe I payed 2500 pounds which I saved and worked very hard 4 just 2 be ripped off I would definitely never ever use this garage again im currently going through a legal route 2 see we're i stand avoid this garage at all cost they should be shut down

Very helpful and a very quick service provider who I would recommend to anyone.

I'm working excessively long hours as a courier and needed a new van but had no time for it due to workload he went out of the way to get everything done as easily and quickly as possible and even delivered van for me for free.
Also the finance deal arranged is very good with much better rates than my credit rating should expect.
Van seems good so far as well.

Found the bike that took my fancy even before i had passed my test and enquired about a finance deal which i thought would be impossible until i had my license however Sumbi pulled out all the stops and wprked tirelessly to find me a deal that suited me in every aspect and communicated with me throughout the whole process even messaging me after normal working hours! Cannot recommend enough great bunch of staff and very helpful!
