The Zumba training itself was wonderful, and when attending classes Zumba is great. HOWEVER please exercises extreme caution if signing up to become a ZIN instructor because, whilst you are advised at every turn that cancellation is easy and can be done at any time, this is NOT true. I have been trying to cancel my membership for over 2 weeks, bots email back trying to get you to stay and doing everything in their power not to assist in cancellation. I finally got through to a live agent who sent me the link to cancellation WHICH WAS NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR ME!!! Therefore, whilst I was following all instructions online to cancel my membership it would have been impossible for me to do as the page was not accessible to me! The live agen then had to adjust something and re sent the link which finally worked.... However this morning I have found that I have STILL been charged by Zumba.
100% scam behaviour. Please look into alternatives as Zumba is sketchy af

This is a scam. Once you’ve signed up there is no way to close your account and they’ll keep trying to take your money. Best thing you can do is contact your bank and report them as a scam. This is what I did, my bank told me they’re being investigated already. If you see theirs ads anywhere, be sure to comment and let everyone know they’re a scam

Impossible to cancel Zin! It subscribes to it automatically! Take you 45-55 dollars every month automatically and then it is impossible to cancel which I have not seen any company like that!

Avoid this company altogether. professionalism is ZERO. I purchased for the online course and although there is a 30 day money back guarantee on their web page, they did not refund my money. They offered different excuses every time when I called. A completely money hunting company. DEFINETLY STAY AWAY

Karyna Alexandar Tijero Celiz is a wonderful zumba instructor. Punctual, kind, and a great professional. I am looking forward to taking classes with her again.
