Not good quality and not uk based as website suggests
Took 3/4 weeks to arrive
Dont reply to emails and then if u try and return expect u to return to china ( which costs the same price as item) .

Fake Ralph Lauren jumper
Fake Ralph Lauren jumper. No labels. Packed in a SHEIN looking bag. Tried to cancel as took two weeks to arrive. Emailed twice no reply. Cancelled transaction with my bank. I’ll be reporting to trading standards. I just wished I had Checked here before I ordered

Complete scammers
Complete scammers. They advertise a delivery window and then fail to honour it. I chased by email and they assured me the item had been shipped but when I checked the tracking it had still not been sent for 5 days afterwards. 2 weeks after the order I continued to email them to chase it but they failed to respond. Contacted my credit card to have the transaction cancelled.

Just avoid
If it was possible to give zero stars I would do. Fake Ralph Lauren jumper sent with no labels etc. The website site says it is in the UK but returns have to be sent to China which costs a significant amount to return. The response to emails for basic things like returns takes weeks and several follow ups. Save your money and time and avoid.

If I could give zero i would!...... ordered a pair of boots for my wife for her birthday in plenty of time for the stated delivery..... Nearly 4 weeks later and they've only now arrived!
This is after emailing the company a week ago as I hadn't heard back from my initial issue with delivery.... they asked for all the delivery info ago..... which I sent and heard nothing back...... I emailed again where they asked for the same details a week later having done nothing in the meantime....
The boots arrived bubble wrapped in a plastic delivery bag.....Not even BOXED!? What?!.....
The boots actually look decent, but pales into insignificance which the pain in the ass its been..... no apology slip, or discount voucher (not that I would buy from them again!)not surprised when you dont even get a box!
Just really poor business management...
