Ordered some flowers for same day delivery and they arrived within 2 hours! Exceptional service and the flowers were gorgeous. Will be ordering from Katherines very regularly!

I ordered online from the US for a family funeral in the UK. With a few prompt and polite emails, Katherine’s staff was responsive, communicative and helpful. The Delivery arrived on time as promised. Flowers were beautiful, exactly as I ordered. Thank you and great job!

Flowers were amazing and greatly appreciated but what made this order amazing was the lovely delivery guy. The lady he was delivering to didn't answer first time ( due to a bereavement) He kindly went back and kept me up to date. Such a considerate thoughful guy. Definitely recommend.
