Commander les yeux fermés. Pas d'images mensongères, de photos prises comme il faut, le câble est arrivé tel qu'on le voit sur le site. Kat' est très réactive et répond (sur instagram pour ma part) à toute heure en étant à l'écoute.

J'avais une demande spéciale car l'embout lumineux usb c que je souhaitais mettre ne faisait pas parti des prestation que Kat propose et pourtant.. Nous avons convenu que je commande ce fameux embout autre part et que je lui envoie pour qu'elle me l'installe sur ce magnifique câble fabriqué par ses soins.

Tout s'est fait très rapidement. Elle n'a pas perdu de temps et a monté ma première moitié de câble en attendant l'embout et à réception de celui-ci, l'a monté directement sur le câble et m'a montré le résultat final via instagram pour confirmer l'ensemble. Le tout a été reçu très rapidement.

Je ne m'embête jamais à écrire de long commentaires comme cela, sauf quand les gens sont compétant et professionnels ! Bravo !

Sur l'image, le dégradé de couleur était rose sur les extrémités cependant sur le produit que j'ai reçu le dégradé était vert sur les extrémités ce qui rend le produit moins coloré qu'attendu

Emballage de bonne qualité avec une petite touche personnelle qui fait toujours plaisir. La livraison était un tout petit peu longue mais ça peut se comprendre.

I ordered a simple straight cable. My cable has a very fair quality for its price as far as I can tell and it is definitely of higher quality than most straight braided cables that come with a keyboard.

The highlight of katkoil is definitely the order-layout that really allowed me to plan ahead and visualize my custom cable before purchasing it. I personally struggle with visualizing designs in my head, so the order-layout and the color chart provided in the resources tab helped me a lot.

I believe a "visualizing" software that simulates the end result would be the only possible way to improve the website, but in my personal opinion such software almost seems like a gimmick or luxury. The current website suffices quite well.

In terms of customer service I cannot speak for much, but I did request a "friendly message" as a special order instruction and I was very delighted to read it as my package arrived.

The only thing I can say is that you can immediately see Kat makes high quality cables with a lot of love for the products. Cable was secured in packaging. Anyone who’s looking for coiled cables in Europe, look no further. Delivery was also very fast.
