I ordered a dress, didn’t like it, and requested a refund. I was asked to send photos to process the return, then was offered store credit instead. After that, I was told it would cost me $50 just to return the dress.

Absolutely insane. I will never order from this company again. Ladies, be careful, this website is definitely a scam.

They recently started to ship to france, I am so happy they did because i love the charlotte dress sm!!

when products arrives they look nothing like images on website. The materials can be compared to shien or temu quality. Poor customer service and all returns are to China. customers pays for returns which can be $50 or more to this address

I would not recommend ordering from this website

I ordered what looked like a cute dress for my daughter’s graduation. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The material is so cheap it’s like a child’s Halloween costume and so poorly made! Not at all as pictured. The dress didn’t fit right and we were afraid it would rip by the zipper. We initiated the return process right away. Each communication took a few days to get a response from them. When i did, it was full of lovey language… them calling me love and babes but no actual help. First they wanted a picture. Then they wanted to offer me a 10% discount on a new item and i get to keep the dress… to avoid expensive return shipping. I said no i wanted a refund. I sent them their return policy. Each time asking for a refund. They kept upping the discount on a new item. Long story short i was not able to return the dress and now have a 100% discount on a new item. This dress will go in the trash and now we get to pick out something new and cross our fingers it isn’t made of Halloween costume material! That whole process from my first email the day the dress arrived to me giving up on a refund and taking a 100% discount took 3 full weeks!

I received my order and it is nothing like the picture. They only offered me 20% off my order in store credit because the cost of returning internationally would be out of my pocket and too expensive. If it is free shipping to the US and UK, why would returning it be such an issue? This dress is 100% drop shipped from China. It is made out of childs costume material. I am trying to dispute this with my bank as it is clearly false advertising.

Quality is horrible. sizing is off. They wanted me to pay 50+ dollars to return. Do not shop here.

I wish I would Have read the reviews before purchasing!! Terrible experience. Ordered over a month ago and haven’t received anything. (Needed this for an event last week). Trying to email customer service and get any type of real answer is a joke. They just keep saying “they tried to deliver” or it’s in transit”. The latest email offered me a 50% refund…. Um, NO THANKS

I recently bought 3 dresses from them after hearing my friend talk about them and I love each dress!! Especially the Lyra corset Maxi Dress!!! Shipping was also really fast

One of the worst experiences! I ordered a dress and it was nothing like the picture the material was cheap and looked like it was from SHEIN. I wanted a refund and they pretty much refused, they kept trying to give me alternatives after I mentioned that I just wanted a full refund. After that they said it would end up being even more money than the dress for the shipping return. After back and forth of emails I was over it as they were not going to give me a full refund. I had to settle for 50% of my money back.

Terribly cheap fabric, and ill fitting dress. Im having a very difficult time contacting them. I’ve read return instructions and have emailed their email several times. I have heard nothing back.

This was so disappointing my daughter plan to wear one of there dress for her graduation and we received a totally different dress and we were only offered to get a 20% money back and keep the dress. The dress that we received was poor in material and we had to rush to find a dress at the last minute. I would not reconsider this company so think about trying to return the dress if it’s not right.

I ordered a dress on May 12, it still has not arrived yet. I tried to call for customer service support but their number is not registered. I emailed to see if I can express ship it before Monday which is my graduation date to no avail. I haven't had a good experience thus far and I don't recommend ordering from this website. If so, order two months before an event. Not sure why it has taken so long...

THIS SITE IS A SCAM, THEY TAKE PICTURES OF OTHER SITES AND SEND YOU JUNK. THE DRESS I RECEIVED LOOKS LIKE A PILLOW CASE.

The dress is NOTHING like what is pictured on the website. I have not gotten a refund or prompt response to all of my emails.

what made my experience great was the fact that the people there are such angels ! i talked to one specifically named Ava who is just the sweetest ! very understanding, and solves problems within seconds ! 10/10 recommend !!
