I have bought a few booster boxes now from Kazzora and I have not been disappointed! My items are always securely packaged and arrive on time. When there have been delays, Kazzora gets back to me really quickly and I cannot fault their communications, thank you!

Ordered a case of one piece OP07 which has most likely been delayed but no idea what is going on due to a lack of information. I have attempted to contact kazzora but no reply yet. Just really disappointed due to being left in the dark.

Extremely Disappointed with Order Fulfillment and Communication

I pre-ordered a case of trading cards from Kazzora six months ago, paying £1000 upfront, with the promise that the order would be fulfilled on 28/06/24.

When I reached out to inquire about my order, I was informed that there were stock issues. Yet, my order is still pending, and I have received no updates or clear communication regarding when I can expect delivery until today. This lack of transparency and delay is unacceptable.

Moreover, holding onto my money for six months without fulfilling the order or providing any meaningful updates is deeply concerning and falls short of acceptable business practices. According to UK trading standards and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, pre-ordered items should be delivered within the agreed timeframe, and this company has clearly failed to meet these obligations.

I urge Kazzora to address these issues immediately and fulfill their commitments to their customers. Until then, I cannot recommend this company and will be escalating this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

Poor company took pre orders in January with money taken, June comes round not enough allocation to fulfil order... nice interest free loan from me thanks guys

I bought several DB boxes. Excellent service provided and great customer support. Everyone should use them. The fact they managed to get it to me on time whereas other companies had to delay there products means I'll continue to use Kazzora.

Firstly item was well packed with care,item was well protected, best I’ve seen yet, second was the envelope with receipt tucked in, I guess detail really is everything!
