Adam was brilliant. Buying a 280 kg terrace table for export to Gibraltar is probably unusual. He answered all of our many and varied questions promptly and informatively. Transport was good. Delivery was good. It's now on our terrace. Would definetly recommend them.

Firma próbuje kreować się na sprzedawcę z wyższej półki, ale rzeczywistość jest zupełnie inna. Towar, który otrzymałem, okazał się wybrakowany i niezgodny z opisem, a kontakt po zakupie to już zupełnie inna historia — ciągłe zbywanie.

Zgłoszenie zwrotu to walka o swoje prawa konsumenta, a odzyskanie pieniędzy to prawdziwy test cierpliwości. Pomimo deklaracji szybkiego zwrotu środków, czekam już ponad miesiąc na zwrot 10 000 zł.

Sposób działania firmy absolutnie nie przystaje do wizerunku marki premium, jaki próbują budować. Zdecydowanie nie polecam — ani jakości towaru, ani obsługi posprzedażowej.

I cannot express how impressed I am with the K&B London team. I had my eye on a painting for the last couple years but couldn’t quite get myself to pay for shipping to the US. Well, by chance I landed in London for a short stint and placed the order for shipping to my hotel, not knowing whether it would get delivered in time.
I was fairly anxious about not only receiving my order before my return flight, but also making arrangements for transport back home. I reached out to the K&B London team who responded immediately. They not only assured me that they would deliver it timely, but also made arrangements to deliver it unassembled in an art tube appropriate for travel carry-on.
Wow. All that was left for me was to enjoy the beautiful sights of London and my new painting when I return home. Thank you so much for your exemplary service, and to the special people who made it happen.

Z przykrością nie polecam tej firmy. Niestety, moje doświadczenie okazało się wyjątkowo rozczarowujące.

Zamówiłam stolik, który na stronie wyglądał na produkt wysokiej klasy. Tymczasem otrzymałam stolik uszkodzony, z widocznymi wadami, co już samo w sobie jest niedopuszczalne, biorąc pod uwagę cenę oraz sposób, w jaki firma przedstawia swoją ofertę.

Cały proces od momentu dostawy (która nie przyszła w ustalonym terminie), zwrotu środków - był uciążliwy, czasochłonny i stresujący.

Firma, która reklamuje się jako ekskluzywna, powinna rozumieć, że klienci płacą nie tylko za produkt, ale również za standard obsługi. Niestety, w tym przypadku tego zabrakło .

Uważam, że firma wprowadza klientów w błąd, budując wizerunek marki premium.
Szczerze- spodziewałam się zupełnie innego doświadczenia – przejrzystości, dbałości o klienta i szybkiego rozwiązania problemów.

Obiecany prezent (w ramach przeprosin) do dzisiaj nie dotarł .
W opiniach przeczytałam, że spotkało to również inne osoby .
To bardzo niegrzeczne zachowanie.

We bought a beautiful glass wall art from K&B and we were very pleased with the quality of the item. The company were easy to deal with and offered a very personalized service. Will definitely shop with them again 5 stars.

Ordered 2 lamps and was told it would be delivered same week. 3 weeks later and empty promises of delivery but still haven't received. Con company, would not recommend using this company

Purchased a beautiful and elegant elephant sculpture. Looks just like it did on the website. Really pleased! The original parcel was delivered to an incorrect address by the courier company… K&B London kindly agreed to send a second sculpture which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
