Poor customer pre-sales support
Customer pre-sales support is poor. I asked for recommendations for an 'in-ceiling bluetooth speaker for over a bath'. The first suggestion was a Lithe speaker, which I had to point them at the manufacturer support site which says 'not over a bath', but they said it's fine, until I pointed them at their own website which says 'minimum 600mm clearance'. They then recommended a different passive speaker, but recommended a 'non-ceiling' amplifier. Then suggested a device requiring an extra hole...
