The staff at Keens were very helpful. I picked a beautiful 2 seater sofa from the Outlet at Keens at a very reasonable price. The delivery men were very helpful and put the sofa together. We love our new sofa! Great price and great service! We have no hesitation buying from Keens again. And will do in the future! A shop of Quality and lovely staff! Worth every pound & penny!

From when you go in to browse, the store staff are very welcoming without being over powering, give great advice never too many questions can be asked & I did ask, bought 2 beautiful sofas, delivery staff very professional & quiet, definitely recommend buying from Keens!

Again, very impressed with Keens. We purchased two items in the Alstons range. Helpful staff input in our deciding about items, good communication while waiting for order and great delivery service with good notification ahead of time. Very impressed with Harry and his delivery colleagues. Keens has become our go-to furniture store based on our ongoing experience.

the second day was great except we were…
the second day was great except we were sent to the warehouse to collect stools but they weren't available as the salesman hadn't checked the right stools which was annoying as we thought we were going to get them that day. Everything else was great.
