Even thought in the homepage, we can return the product but they refuse to do.
Don't buy from them !!!!!

Avoid this company. They sent a different sized item than ordered/advertised. Gave me the run around. And refused to refund unless I paid return overseas shipping. And PayPal did not support me in my claim.
Disgusting scammers. If I met the boss of this company in the street they'd be looking at it face down. Utterly disgraceful company.

Tried to cancel order immediately, and I mean immediately, after placing the order, they asked why and refused to cancel saying t was too late. Arrived from the US about 15 days later..crap quality shirts and shorts, sizing issues, being Im a 36' waist. Got Large shortscwhich are for 35-39' waist and are way toi small...utter rubbish. Save your money. Cant be bothered to try for refund. Lesson learnt.

I orderd usuall size i wear and it was way too small.. refused to return by saying u have ordered this size.. i wish i would have read these reviews before ordering..

Looks like I have been coned as well shorts to small not elasticated waist as advertised cheap seconds from China via America, got all the same comments from them do not deal with them buyer beware! It’s about time Pay pal Master card and other credit card companies got their act together and blocked these companies.

Gangsters. My shorts were too small and their customer service is nonexistent. I’ve repeatedly asked for a returns address but they keep refusing.

The shorts (2 pairs £48.55) were 2 sizes too small there 4XL equates to 40" (unexpanded) NOT 43"-46" when I contacted them they suggested give them to someone else!!! Then through PayPal I got a first offer of £4, later £6 after I started a dispute case. Eventually I got a promise of a full refund if I returned them, BUT i had to pay the postage. £23 it cost via Royal Mail as it had to be tracked! I sent them back and today via the tracking it says returning to sender as incorrectly addressed!!! I printed out their address sent from them via PayPal disputes, so how could it be incorrect!? 😡😡😡😡
Don't buy from them!!! You will regret it 🤨🤨🤨

Ordered two pairs of shorts that should fit but dont. sizing doesnt match.
Tried to return and was told to give them as a gift to someone as it would take to long to get me money back.
Reported to the CC company to see what they can do for me.

The sizing chart for clothes is completely inaccurate. I just received 2 pairs of shorts which should be baggy on me and I can’t get close to closing the buttons

Keepfaithe sent me an inferior product of the wrong size and refused to refund me or send the correct product. Check other people's experiences before you buy, not the reviews on their own website.

The phrase they used was, "If it doesn’t fit, you can give it to someone else or buy another size"

Avoid at all costs. Cheap items that don't match photo. Ordered pair of tracking trousers, way too small and poor quality.
So far 20 emails have not resulted in a returns address to send them back, only continuous appeals for me to accept a £3 refund and keep the trousers.
They don't fit, they are poor material and I don't want them.

I went for the small size as they say this is 32-35 ins. They are far to tight and cannot even do them up even though I'm a 32-34in waist depending on trousers. They will not replace trousers as they say its my fault and they have delivered what I requested even though measurement is incorrect. I've measured them as 28 in.

As said by others this is a very bad company please do not deal with them. Ordered shorts and the sizes are completely off. No refund told to gift to someone else. Disappointed with PayPal who offered no help with this problem.

A dreadful company to stay clear of. Same reason like most on this site. Sizing completely out. I ordered a pair of shorts 34 - 37 inch; as a 36 inch waist I thought these would be a good fit. Far from it - about 3 inches too small. Have tried to return and get a refund but they do not want to know. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Firstly, Trustpilot - you should give an option for ZERO stars because that's what these robbing b@stard gangsters deserve... ZERO STARS!.

So, where do I start with this shower of sh!te? Saw an ad and decided to order a pair of shorts. I've ordered online before and very often find that they're much too small fitting so I ordered a couple of sizes up. They sent me the wrong size which were too small. I emailed to advise them of this and to see how I go about returning them for a refund. They asked me to provide pics which I did. Their reply... "Thanks for your great support and the pictures. But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order. So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others?
They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years". Yes! they actually asked me to give the shorts away to someone else...

I emailed them again once again providing pics of the label of the shorts and the email reply I received when I initially ordered them showing yet again they had fuked up and sent the wrong size.

Their reply.. "Sorry you are not satisfied with our products. Under the circumstance that we did not send the wrong goods, we cannot provide you with return and exchange services. If you need to return or exchange, we need to report and verify your problem to the after-sales department, which will take a long time. Therefore, we recommend that you keep this item. Thank you for your understanding". Basically they're trying to put me off pursuing the matter as it 'may take a long time'. Seriously! these fookers are in denial or complete idi0ts (or both).

My reply.. "It seems you are trying your very best to discourage me from pursuing my return/refund. Either that or you are very incompetent or have difficulty in reading & understanding English (I have used large font on this occasion for your benefit and so that you can read it clearly).

Allow me once again to explain this to you... YOU DID SEND ME THE WRONG ITEM.

You sent me size 3XL (shown in the attached pic), when I actually ordered size 4XL (shown in the second pic). Kindly explain to me how 3XL is the same as 4XL?

You have stated that you 'recommend' that I keep the item as this may take a long time. Let me also explain two more things to you.. (1) don't care how long it takes, as I have all the time in the world and (2) I don't really give a toss what you recommend as you messed up on this occasion, not me.

The fact of the matter is that you sent me an item which is of no use to me whatsoever and I expect to be refunded for that item once I return it to you. So, for the last time can you please advise how we proceed. Funnily enough they haven't replied to this one.

I have sent 2 more emails after this one and have still had no reply. Fu@king cowboys they are. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

It is a shame I could not select a zero. I ordered two pair of shorts of same size (35-39) one pair fit ok the second pair was far too small. I contacted the company and their helpful suggestion from their support was to pass the smaller shorts to somebody else, very supportive. These are not cheap shorts but the quality is cheap. (made in China). Recommendation avoid and by your shorts from a brand you know and trust. Ps does anybody wish to buy a pair of 35-39 inch waist shorts that would fit a 30-32” waist.

I ordered some shorts and the order total on the website and by the comfirmation email was £37.07. When I checked my account they had debited my account for £44.48 .. i.e. another £7.43 on top of my total. I ahead emailed them but no reposnse ... I doubt I will get anything from these people. Don't use this website.

If there was a zero they would warrant it.
Sceptical about ordering these shorts but went ahead - 32 /35” waist selected arrived and more near 26” don’t fit and they are not interested in a refund or replacement.
Stay well clear of this not so good product from a bandit outfit
