Dean Gallagher, the Solicitor who dealt with my case, was clear that what the Social Worker did to our family was outwith her legal authority. His letter got myself back in the house although it has not helped in other matters outwith his control.

Dean Gallagher became my solicitor in August just past. We had a delicate situation with the kids and their mother and having looked at all the evidence and material I had, Dean decided to pursue the case for me. He managed to get me interim orders very quickly and now we have permanent orders less than 4 months later. Dean put alot of time after hours into our case to ensure it was done within certain timescales and communicated with me throughout the process.

I can’t thank Dean enough for what he has given us and the kids.

Thanks to Pauline in handling a very difficult and traumatic family law scenario for us. Thanks to her help and invaluable advice we were able to spend time with my ailing father. All of us as a family. As he would have wished were he able to express himself. His second wife was trying to isolate him from all of us , his close and blood relatives , when he was at his most vulnerable. Pauline was responsive when required and laid out our options clearly in order that we could proceed with the most appropriate legal action to achieve the best out come for us. She was also a very calming influence and spoke to us clearly which helped immensely in such a fraught situation at the end of my dads life.
