Awful experience. Dresses are cheap and when I wanted to return them they only offered a 25% refund and I could keep the dresses. I say I’ll return the dresses and I want a full refund and they say I have to pay to
Ship the return to china so I should take the 25% refund?!?!

FULL SCAM - Dresses arrived and they are thin and not fit for purpose at all... there's no response from website for ruturns or any info and their email address bounces back.

I ordered a coat from this website. It arrived 6 weeks later and was nothing like the description. I am not sending it back after reading the reviews as it looks like I won't get my money back. I've tried emailing and it won't send! SCAMMERS!

I ordered a cardigan it came from china and the quality wsending as very disappointing and i never got a refund despite the garment being returned to china and the firm will not answer my emails

I recently purchased 2 items from this website which turned out to be totally different to the pic on the website. I returned the items a few weeks ago and have emailed the company several times but still have not recieved a response ir my refund. Absolute SCAMMERS! Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures, product received is very bad quality and coming from China. Delivery took 6 weeks. Now they wouldn’t respond to my emails trying to find out how to return this rubbish.. I ordered a 12 and got a size 6.

I ordered a jacket which looked fab and looked to be really good quality. 3 weeks went by and nothing turned up. I tried the track my order but it wouldn't work. Eventually the order arrived. I nearly cried. What I got was a limp " rag" of a so called jacket. The size was completely off. Much too big . My size 14 was actually a size 18. And the material was all light and wrinkled... so disappointing 😞. I'm not even sending it back even though it will never be worn. It's already I a black bag fir recycling. Just a lesson to always check the reviews and never buy from some website that you never heard of before. Was too good to be true. But this website (Company ) is a scam. Don't be fooled. They should be reported. The "company" is up under a different name by the way with Irish connections. .

SCAM - Do not buy from them

This is not a legitimate company. They are quite clever on how they lure you into their prompt customer service BEFORE you place an order. I contacted them as I was unsure of sizing, their reply was prompt and courteous. I placed an order as I liked the look of the cardigan, I wanted to support an " Irish " business and appreciated the prompt reply. I was waiting two weeks and no delivery, for some reason I then became suspicious of them. I went on Trust Pilot and my suspicions were confirmed when I read the other reviews. I contacted them saying I wanted to cancel my order as I had not received it on time, they came back very quickly saying they would check for me, after no reply I followed up by email again and as expected they said that the item had been dispatched so they couldn't cancel the order but assured me of a full refund once I returned it to them. It took weeks for the cardigan to arrive, I kept following up and in one email asked them where in Galway were they based, no answer to that question... when the cardigan finally arrived it was of shockingly poor quality, looked like a child knitted it in school and didn't sew the buttons on properly! no labels on the garment, no return details, receipt or anything. I emailed them to enquire about returning the cardigan and getting my full refund as I was promised. They blocked me so the email bounced back.
Please do not order from this so called company and please do spread the word that they are not who they claim to be and most certainly do not have clothes that can be worn. Annoyed with myself that I fell for this scam.

Bought two suits.
One was the wrong colour and did not fit it was XL
The second was a perfect fit and lovely colour XXL
I got the two sizes for comparison on the basis they offered a full refund
I contacted them about the first suit
initially querying the shipment of the second suit and got an
acknowledgement but although I've contacted numerous times about changing the first suit for a bigger
size, they haven't bother to respond. The suits were both well made and good quality but I wouldn't advise buying from them as they clearly don't bother with customer service. They are not Irish btw so misleading advertising too. Very disappointed

This website is a scam site. The clothes are absolute rubbish and nothing like in the pictures on the site. Items take ages to arrive. My mum bought a dress and it's absolutely shocking quality, nothing like the picture. However what makes this a scam is that it's impossible to return anything. The email address doesn't work and the contact us form goes unanswered. Avoid this website at all costs!

They have now changed to Kelly - Kildare with a newer email address!
Useless clothes - do not buy!

This company deserves a zero. Do not order from them. The quality of clothing is very poor.....the word "rag" springs to mind. I've been trying to return the three items for the last two weeks and cannot contact their "24 hour customer service". Lesson learned....check out the reviews before ordering online. Any advice on how to get a refund? Got a message today saying the email address was not available.

Got delivery but 2 suits too small. Their email can’t be delivered to. Sent messages on website but no reply back. Stupidly thought I was buying from a Galway company but it’s Chinese. Don’t buy from them. I’m stuck with two suits I can’t wear.

I ordered a jumper. It arrived today after waiting four weeks and it’s absolutely disgraceful. I’m not worth the money €40 very disappointed and would never recommend this site again. Can’t get an address even to send it back.

I ordered on the 14th September and still haven't received my item. Emails keep bouncing back to me. Very annoyed.

This website is a scam. I paid €100 for goods I did not receive. Their email address is now not responding to my email to get update on my order. PLEASE do not order from this website: kelly-galway.com.

Same story with me, ordered dress over 2 weeks ago, have tried contacting them on numerous occasions emailed earlier today & got message to say email doesn't exist.

Omg I ordered 2 jumpers for 80eur. Piece of crap. Thought was in galway aswell. Can't believe I done that. Jus Thought was OK. Can't return. No replies. Dont order off kelly galway ever again. Tamu would be better

Quality is horrendous. Terrible. Rags was all I got in the post today. Don’t waste your time or money.

Like all your other reviewers I thought I was supporting an Irish company. I placed my order on 4th August and received a piece indescribable rubbish today, 25th September.
As soon as I placed the order I then went on to check them out and realized my stupid error. Absolutely shocking and I’m disgusted with what arrived and also that I was so gullible. Won’t be caught again.
