Delivery exactly as stated. Very helpful and pleasant driver who delivered to us. Haven't used Kennington before but would not hesitate to use them again.

Arrived as planned and dropped no hassle
Ordered a selection of building materials, I was provided a date for delivery and it was dropped even thought it was pouring with rain. Great service.

The delivery driver did not call before…
The delivery driver did not call before he came and was telling my wife that somebody should have been there to help him. Broke a gravel board. I left a message with kennings, no reply no refund. I paid 25 pounds for delivery and was not expecting this service. Sorry, this is the last time I order.

Overall happy with the service
Overall happy with the service. Advert did state 1-2days delivery but when I received the order confirmation the delivery date was 4 days. I called to ask if this could be changed. Receptionist was very helpful but I could only get my order 1 day earlier and it didn't arrive until 6pm. My advice would be check delivery before ordering if you need it quick. Delivery guys were really helpful and polite. I would definitely order from Kennings again.

Great experiance
Easy to purchase. Kennings rang to confirm change of some screws which I thought was decent given they were a minor part of a large order.
Delivery driver was polite and chatty and worked hard to get the items as close to my workspace in the garden as he could to make it easier for me. Will be ordering again
