We’ve had a really positive experience with Kensington Mortgages.
Our BDM, Ravi Shabajee, has been absolutely brilliant. There have been several occasions where we could have lost cases, but Ravi has always stepped in, supported us, and helped get things over the line. His responsiveness and willingness to help really make a difference.
The underwriting team also deserve recognition, they combine professionalism with a genuine human approach, especially in situations outside of a broker’s control. A great example is Jane, who recently helped us extend a mortgage offer in just one day, even though the usual turnaround is three days. That quick action prevented the case from falling through, and we’re extremely grateful.
Overall, we at RCCF Limited are very happy with the service we’ve received and look forward to continuing to work with Kensington Mortgages.
