The level of service and customer focus from KW has been first class - 2nd to none!
From the first visit to the showroom/factory unit to the measure, design and fitting has been seamless.
Any issues/questions/problems we had were easily resolved and nothing was ever too much trouble. They offer an excellent quality in the product they use and a huge choice of colour/design options.

Barry and Sam were very polite and efficient. The wardrobes in our two bedrooms are of a very high quality and were fitted exactly as per our specifications. The guys left the rooms spotless after the fitting and we would have no hesitation recommending Kent Wardrobes to anyone who is looking for high end spec fitted wardrobes. The team was fantastic from start to finish. Great customer service, and the finished wardrobes look great. We have had wardrobes installed in our master bedroom and spare bedroom and we will certainly be using Kent Wardrobes again for future rooms.

We would like to thank Kent Wardrobes - Donna and Nathan in the office to Dan and Lawrence for their excellent after sales service. The additional shelves we recently requested for our bedroom furniture fitted last year were provided and installed willingly at no extra charge.

Just had a great service from start to finish from Kent Wardrobes. Second bedroom and landing storage. The room looks so cosy and stylish now. Nice neat work either way courtesy.
From the office staff right down to the site survey and measurement visits of which there were two. Measure twice cut once as they say.
You get what you pay for and there's a good long warranty.
I enjoyed having a look inside the workshop and choosing finishes and handles. Thank you

The whole process from choosing, designing and fitting my new wardrobes was an absolute pleasure. Quality of product and installation was exceptional and I couldn't be happier with the result. Kent Wardrobes, a local, independent company, proved the perfect choice to replace an aged pair of fitted wardrobes. They could offer almost unlimited options for design, colours and finishes, and were happy to accommodate several changes of mind about the internal configuration. From our initial visit to the showroom, through to the final fitting, everyone we dealt with was both friendly and professional. We are delighted with our new wardrobes.

From our first visit by Nathan, to completion of our project yesterday by Barry and Sam, Kent Wardrobes have been nothing but efficient and professional. We found it very helpful to visit the showroom to see how everything would work together and to make some small changes to the original design. Communication with Donna in the office was friendly and easy. Nothing has been too much trouble and they pride themselves on giving the customer exactly what they want. We are very happy with our completed wardrobes, thank you everyone.

Very professional and timely service and outstanding quality products

Absolutely thrilled with our new wardrobes. Everything went really smoothly and the designer was fabulous and included everything I wanted and was happy to make any adjustments to the design. The fitters, Tom, Charley and Harrison were brilliant, friendly, polite and very tidy leaving everything lovely and clean both the first night and when they had finished. Donna, who we spoke to on many occasions was really helpful and responded to all our questions quickly, efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner. I can highly recommend this company, they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

We placed an order with KW for our daughter’s fitted wardrobes and she is delighted with the finished result! The team are friendly, professional and it’s great to take a visit to showroom to look at the options in-person. Would recommend!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Rang up and they managed to squeeze a visit in. Gave me a price right there and then and the drawing. Was exactly what I asked for. All fitted promptly. They are all such lovely people and made what I thought was going to be difficult, so easy! And my daughter absolutely loves the wardrobes, I want them in my room!! Great company & would deffo use again and highly recommend!!

So pleased with our new fitted wardrobes! After getting extortionate quotes from Sharps, BD living and others we had given up on our dream fitted wardrobe.. until we found Kent Wardrobes! All the people we have dealt with have been lovely, the showroom was a great way to be able to see the different colours and designs, and even better that all colours are included in your overall price giving you lots of freedom of choice. I was looking for a replacement of my old fitted wardrobes. From start to finish Kent wardrobes offered a great service , the wardrobes are of good quality fit well, and expertly fitted.

Couldn’t be happier! I had quotes from 6 different retailers/companies and Kent Wardrobes weren’t the cheapest by any means but we decided that on balance, they were the best in terms of quality vs value. I’m so pleased we went for a more premium product as this has made a real difference to the room. Everyone I spoke to there was extremely helpful (even when I was struggling on choosing colours and door handles!) and the installation guys were very friendly and efficient, they worked flat out to get everything done in a day! I will certainly recommend to friends and family.

Very pleased with the storage unit for my living room from Kent Wardrobes - it looks fantastic. Great choice of finishes and handles. The process was straightforward and easy from start to finish. All colleagues were professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. Will definitely use again.
