We ;followed the steps for obtaining a Visa and all worked well.

Everything super fast and efitient.

Service was quick and response to queries via email was very prompt.
The only criticism relates to payment of fees followed by pages of questions and need for uploading of documents. I would have preferred to do all of this first and then paid my fees. The two invoice documents that that could be used as evidence of both my husband's visa application to enter Kenya and my own application (if we were in a hurry) only listed my name and not that of my husbands. I queried this via email and received a very prompt reply that this was due to my paying for both visas. I don't think we would have got into Kenya on the evidence of these invoices but as the genuine visas came through the next day with all the correct details, there was no issue.
Overall, now I know the process, I would probably use this service again, as the visas were delivered quickly and the response to queries was very fast.

I was happy to be able to apply and receive my visa online. The site appears straightforward but acts up a little when information is entered. It finally worked, I hoped, and my visa was issued.

Easy to use and clear communications received pending receipt of the visa itself.

First time I had ever applied for a visa. Liked the idea that I could take photos with my phone, but when I put them into the system my facial photo was upside down and the system would not let me replace or correct it. Because it was my first time it did cause considerable concern as there was nothing there to advise me it would be ok.
Apart from that I am well impressed about speed and ease of use

The visa process time is mentioned as 24 hrs to 72 hrs. But it has taken more time.
