Lovely items sent on time and well packed. I asked for specific qualities in the gemstone I required and this was well adhered to. The silver-work pieces are very sweet, pretty & well made. I am really pleased with my order.

Ordering my items themselves was clear and simple.
I used a token for free delivery, which was not readily flagged up that it was limited to the standard delivery, and I thus had to pay for my selected delivery cost.
It took me a phone call to find out.
The delivery was well packaged and on time.

Barrel Polishing Machine. This item has been on the Wish List for some time and has recently been delivered to me. I have never used one before but wanted it to polish sterling silver items. I understand the instructions on its use and maintenance, however, whilst I can calculate the total volume of the cylinder, I have difficulty in identifying the volume of each of the internal masses of the components required in polishing. That is sterling silver, shot, barrelbrite and water. I'll probably do the same as everyone else, i.e guess and employ endless iterations until I get it right.

I have been buying from this company for many years. Everything I've ever ordered has been of superb quality. Recently I ordered garnet beads. The strand was the perfect length for a necklace.

I purchased some findings and gems from Kernowcraft and I will say that the web site offers some lovely things. It is easy to order and they include some very useful instructional videos on their site which shows you how to use their findings. One particularly nice feature. If you are planning to make for example a pair of earring the peeps at Kernowcraft will do their best to pairmatch any gems you order, which I have found invaluable.

Quality items which you may pay more for, but have a good range. I missed out on free delivery which is given sometimes.
Pleased that what I wanted was on site as I haven't used for a while and previously only bought small amounts.
