From the design through to aftercare, the team at Kesseler made our kitchen dreams come true. We found the designs more professional and provided a different layout to what we had seen previously. We love our new kitchen, the quality is superb and their aftercare has been thorough to ensure we are happy. I would highly recommend Kesseler if you are considering a new kitchen.

In our first meeting Richard made helpful suggestions which resulted in our dream kitchen. The process couldn’t have been easier. Once agreed we were given a detailed work schedule which was kept to and the kitchen was finished on time. And it looks amazing. We keep finding little features which we had forgotten about. Needless to say we are delighted with the end result.

Kesseler kitchens have made the new kitchen experience a joy. From initial design brief to finished installation. Their knowledge and our desires came together to create our dream kitchen. Always available to answer and help with queries along the way. The quality is wonderful. We are very happy we chose Kesseler kitchens and would recommend them

We are over the moon with the finished. House couldn’t ask for a better builder Dan (DSG INSTALLATIONS) and his team were amazing every aspect of the work was done to a high standard Can’t recommend Dan and his team once again a tremendous job thank you. My lovely new kitchen was a result of spotting a quality showroom - Kesseler in Tring High Street. I just had to go in to enquire about a brochure but instead Daniel answered all my initial questions & I made a definite decision to choose this company. There was no hard sell but it was obvious Daniel knew his trade and the quality of the units spoke for themselves. Daniel made an appointment to see my existing kitchen & listen to my requirements & within days I had a picture of what the end result would look like. Thoughtful design gave me numerous additional units resulting in the creation of a streamlined, smart new kitchen.
Dan (DSG) installed the units & new white goods. He proved to be a master fitter and craftsman who took tremendous pride in his work. The work was completed quickly & efficiently with necessary changes undertaken effectively & professionally.
I have nothing but praise & thanks for such excellent teamwork.

Our kitchen was installed in October 2024
Laura and Dan from the Odiham branch were very responsive and accommodating to all our issues of which we had many due to problems with our builders.
From the initial design brief to the final snagging, they were both engaging and suppportive. This played out particularly when our large porcelain worktop was damaged (from the manufacturer). Both Laura and Dan took control of the situation immediately. And throughout the whole process they were both patient and willing to address any issues.
Big thanks must also go to Craig the kitchen fitter, who had to come out sometimes on Sundays to complete the fitting and worked around the many delays we had due to other workmen.

From the initial design meeting and visit to the Kesseler showroom to choose finishes, to the delivery of the units to site, the process went very smoothly with exceptional service from Richard Hewitt throughout the entire process.

Dajana offered fantastic service, she listened carefully to what was important to us and offered expert suggestions and options. It is clear she has a lot of experience in kitchen design and was hugely responsive and patient throughout our design. I am thrilled with our new kitchen from Kessler Market Harborough, great quality and exceptional service. Thank you!

Currently getting a new design done for my new home! They’ve been so great. I used them before but a different showroom and was worried about having a different designed but they have been amazing again. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Incredible team at HQ, we dealt with richard and couldn't recommend him highly enough!

I am really disappointed that I have not had a response to my previous review regarding my dreadful experience with Kesseler North Hampshire in Odiham. I also submitted a formal complaint to both the Odiham branch and Head Office, they have tried to reasons themselves out of all responsibility for their catalogue of disasters but have not offered me any compensation for this and are still chasing for the last payment from a £90k valued kitchen. After the huge inconvenience and compromises we've had to do down to bad design and installation, I would expect something from you. This is still going on with Kesseler Odiham branch who are not recognising what they have put us through since 14th May and I am shocked that Kesseler themselves have not even responded. Surely they should be concerned when they are receiving bad reviews on their franchises.

Popped into Odiham showroom to browse as my wife and I liked the idea of a British made kitchen, only to be ushered out by one of your designers as he was with a client. Without even a backward glance he turned and almost shouted over his shoulder that I should make an appointment. Why would I make an appointment if I haven’t even had chance to browse the kitchens on show. Needless to say he has lost the opportunity to design for the three houses we are building and I would suggest that your designers would benefit from some hospitality training if the experience I had is your norm. Happy to go elsewhere thank you.

Absolutely in love with our new kitchen, if you want a solid British Kitchen with a quality installation you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended from design to aftercare we are delighted

Dajana and Zoe at the Market Harborough shop are a great team. Dajana’s design worked well and she agreed with the colour scheme of our choice to achieve the look we wanted. The kitchen cupboards, ceramic worktops & splash back are all of an excellent standard. Dan the kitchen fitter was great. The electrical work and everything was coordinated around the kitchen fitting. We love our new kitchen - totally different look but it works!

Richard, at the factory showroom, designed our kitchen and managed the project very well; he kept it to the schedule, kept us informed and provided excellent aftercare. He made choosing features and making design decisions a lot easier than we had anticipated. The team members were pleasant, polite and efficient. We are very pleased with the work, including high quality cupboards, work tops and other features.

I am the very proud owner of a new Kessler kitchen. The kitchen was installed to a very high standard 6 weeks ago which has given me time to assess the build quality and practicalities of the design.

The bespoke cabinets are made of solid oak with natural wood coloured interiors and doors painted with Farrow and Ball "Green Smoke", with brass fittings. The colours of the cabinetry and off-white quartz work surfaces were chosen by our designer Dajana, following her on site visit, to compliment the Italian floor tiles already in situ. Not only did Dajana consider the tiles and non standard space for the kitchen, but was also sympathetic to the period style of the property. Dajana's attention to detail and practical design took into account, for example, the practicalities of food preparation and location of the in-built bin, both positioned in close proximity to the range cooker. Other design features include a pantry, peninsula with breakfast bar and built-in wine cooler, surround for an American style fridge including wine rack and glass storage, a brass sink with a quooker tap and in-built drainer and extractor hood for the range cooker.
The Kessler installation team worked closely with the designer and ensured each element of the kitchen, down to the smallest detail, was installed exactly as specified. The result is the most stunning kitchen which has maximised storage space and drastically increased the work surface area. Our kitchen has a timeless, solid and understated look which exudes quality. It is a total pleasure to work, eat and entertain in, thanks to our designer, supported by the installation team, who listened to our every wish and combined these with her many years of design experience and expertise.

We have found this company offer a professional service with excellent communication throughout the whole new kitchen process.
From our initial contact with Sean he made us feel our kitchen was just as important to him as it was to us. He took all of our ideas on board and added some of his own to ensure we had the best possible kitchen designed for our needs.Sean would take the time to work with us and we never felt rushed, even the coffee in the showroom was first class.

This experience was also felt with the fitters that worked on our kitchen very friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble.

Overall a very positive experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Kessler and Sean to provide you with your dream kitchen.
