I can found my favorite food it cooked well and tastey

I had questions about the delivery: the email they sent said someone would text or email to let me know approximately when the order would arrive, but that never happened. So i called the phone number on their website. I left a message. I never got a call back.
I had a complaint about one of the items i ordered: it was a lot smaller than advertised (the website said the serving was 380 grams but i got 268 grams). So i emailed the address on their website and sent them photos of the item on my scale showing the weight. I never got a response.

Because of this atrocious customer service I will never buy from them again, and would not recommend them to anyone.

EDIT: I heard from their team about a week after i wrote this review and they promised they would refund the problem item to my credit card. That was 3 weeks ago and I still don't have the money back... I wish i could give them a lower score

Lovely customer service, super helpful, wish I lived closure to shop there in person on a reg basis.

I had a bit of trouble with the delivery aspect. I went to your store and spoke to a team member and I think we figured it out. I have been in twice and found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. I tried the meat pizza and it was fabulous! Love the chicken skins. I have trouble getting enough fat in my diet.

They have a good selection of keto products. The food is delicious.

Staff are wonderful the products are great only missing English muffins lol

But also we miss the samples

There are a lot of options to choose from so you will never be bored. New options also keep making an appearance.

I found the food to be very salty and the price for 5 meals was close to 70.00. That is very high. I just wanted to try it out and will not be making further orders. Mainly because of the cost

I'm shocked by how GOOD these meals are.

For starters, the delivery service they use was a 10/10 and arrive exactly when they said they would. Followed the delivery instructions, and did the whole text + image confirmation thing like the big food delivery apps do.

Now onto the food. The first thing I had was the cheesecake and my good gosh, I couldn't believe how good it was. I still can't really believe it. I've made keto meals for myself for years and never have I ever made anything taste this "real". The Shrimp taco bowl 9.5/10! The Chicken salad wrap 9/10, the Keto pizza 11/10!!! Honestly, I could go on and on. It's good, and worth the buy 100%
