I called to cancel my auto ship on…
I called to cancel my auto ship on coffee pods. I was informed by customer service it was cancelled along with all future shipments. A few days later I received an email from Keurig stating my shipment was “being prepared.” I called and spoke with another non-English speaking representative that put me on hold for an extended period of time because he was notifying the dept to cancel this shipment. He came back on the line and confirmed it will not be shipped nor will my card be charged. Several days later, there is a Keurig box on my porch. I left it there and called the customer service again and told them to come pick it up. Not my problem to take it to the UPS store to ship back. They said I would have to pay for return shipping. Again, not my problem when they have incompetent staff telling me one thing all while doing another. My call was escalated to a manager/supervisor who said that he will go back and review my phone calls because all calls were recorded and they didn’t know I cancelled this shipment; just the future shipments. He said it would take 2 days but I waited a full week and called back. They said “yea we listened but there’s nothing we can do, you have to pay for the return shipping.” I said, “so you heard the part where I said NOT to ship, not to charge my card, and cancel everything? Well, from here I will file a dispute with my credit card company stating this was an unauthorized charge.”
Stinks
We have had a couple. They all stunk. The latest one stops brewing before the elected number of ounces every time it is utilized. It is also weak coffee. I will be going to the convenience store every morning to purchase coffee. Keurigs are not worth the money.

I have been a Keurig Customer since they came out, I think I’m on my fifth or sixth Keurig. I followed the instructions did the descaling according to the manufacturers instructions and as soon as I was done my coffee maker was dead. It would not turn on I unplugged it. I let it sit out for 24 hours. I took the water reservoir off replaced it tried different outlets everything and it was dead. Called Customer Service to talk to him about it and since it’s just out of its warranty, there was nothing they could do but give me a 50% discount if I bought 12 boxes of coffee over the next year. Was told I could purchase one with a coupon that would be sent to me in my email, but it had to be used on their website never received it called and said no that’s not what they do. It was a total nightmare. They lost me as a customer.

Worst experience I ever had with a company. Usually I buy things on Amazon but decided to purchase directly from Keurig.com that was a BIG mistake. I wanted the Keurig SMART coffee machine for the $129.99 got the NON-smart machine instead. I asked if I could return it brand new never used just received and was told sure but I have to pay for return shipping. Absolutely ridiculous. NEVER have I had to pay to return ANYTHING from Amazon before. I will NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND ANY KEURIG PRODUCT EVER!
Customer service sucks
Update: not that it improved my opinion, but evidently the rejection is done by AI, and when I replied to the rejection email, I got no answer from Customer service, but 4 days later I received a new replacement.
Customer service sucks. Have an 8 month old Keurig Duo that I bought on Amazon. I love it, but it quit brewing immediately after I finished descaling. I tried all their remediations, and nothing helped, so the asked for a pic of the S/N and copy of the receipt. Sent both and almost immediately received a notice that the warranty could not be honored because of at least one of 6 reasons, none of which applied. So I guess my choice is either buy a new one or switch brands. You guess which is most appealing.

How could such a large company Fail so utterly Bad? Following my horrible experience trying to order Keurig coffee cups from their website, I honestly felt it had to be a Fraudulent scam site. But no! It's actually the Real Keruig website. They charged my card 3 times...got the order wrong, and their OFF-SHORE customer no-service was clueless. Stay away, you've been warned. : /
Total run around trying to get WARRANTY
Total run around trying to get a warranty claim fulfilled. Coffee maker died within 2 months. Jumped through all the hoops Keurig puts you through to diagnose . Uploaded the receipt and serial number. Get an email that the claim has been denied. Called again to get an agent, put on hold by the agent to escalate the call. get a the CSR. He said oh, A.I. denied my claim, let me fix it. Perfect... making progress. Except the unit I bought is out of stock on all colors... they don't know when it will be in stock. Told me I can pay the difference on a upgrade. Nope, I said you have a warranty obligation, After some discussion finally settled on a similar unit with no 'upgrade' charge.

I bought a coffee maker for my husband for Christmas. I got the K-Cafe model with a milk frother. We like the coffee. It's hot enough, and flavorful. You can choose a bold brew feature, which also works well. It begs 6, 8, 10, 12 ounce cups and a shot. You can choose to brew coffee, latte or cappuccino. I love the frothed milk, but I use a French press for my coffee and use the frother for milk which I pour over the coffee and sprinkle with cinnamon. The frother is great! I have nice steamed milk and a thick froth to add over that. We use it every day and so far are enjoying the great coffee. I bought a pod to be able to use our own local coffee. It broke the first day. It's really cheap plastic. I replaced it with 2 stainless steel pods from Amazon and they are much better.

Called customer service to start an exchange on a faulty one cup Keurig machine. Resolution took about 45 minutes with someone who must have asked my name, address, email and phone number about 15 times during the call. Asked the same questions various times and asked me to clarify the issue many times before finally saying the new one would be on its way. I wanted to bail many times. I will be buying from my local Fred Meyer next time.

NO help from that joke of customer service which refused to honor the warranty, refund or exchange and they expected these customers to investigate and trouble shoot from instructions on their website. They were informed that a warranty expires when products are touched in ways of that sort from other than company personnel. And they know it to further scre the customer. Why would a 4 day old product need that anyway? Shows their incompetence and they got their well deserved f you for all they put us through

Here is another company that I would NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Their customer service is the absolute worst you will not want to deal with! This was my third and last Keurig coffee maker I will ever buy! They will not DENY you to talk with a supervisor since they are SO SO BUSY with the high volume of calls! They make you fell like your getting a deal with a 50% coupon that they allegedly send you, did I tell you they LIE!!!!! They never sent a coupon, they never warrantied there product, NOTHING BUT LIES!!! I purchased a Cuisinart Coffee Maker, Single Serve, seems to work great!!! Poor customer service
This company has no love or even like for their customers. No returns, no exchanges, no kind reps. They send "sale" emails but then doesnt honor it.
This is a case of customer beware.
They do process your order quickly so you dont have a chance to change your mind or flavor.
Whew, Keurig customer service is frustrating.
Whew, Keurig is frustrating. Twice they have processed an order six times on my credit card ($107 each) while failing to actually delivery any order. This is a technical issue with their website and I spent twenty minutes with their IT staff trying to resolve it. Aggravating! They don't seem interested in fixing it. Otherwise, their product is good.

Never buy anything from them. You can place an order through Amazon or Walmart.
I placed the order on December 21 and received it two days later. Then, i figured out there was a 25% off promotion. I called them and they asked me to return the one I received and pay for shipping myself.
The price difference is about $50. You will be able to return it at their cost if you place an order through Amazon, Walmart and any retailer rather than the company. This company sucks!!!

Terrible warranty support – very disappointing experience
I am extremely disappointed with Keurig’s customer support.
My coffee machine stopped working suddenly after a strong electrical burning smell, which is a serious safety issue. The machine is less than one year old and was used normally.
Because the machine was a gift, I do not have the original receipt — something very common for coffee makers. Even after providing photos, serial number, and detailed explanation, Keurig refused to honor the warranty, stating that a receipt is mandatory, with no reasonable alternative offered.
This shows a complete lack of flexibility and customer care. A company of this size should understand that many of their products are gifts and still support customers when there is a clear product failure.
I expected much better from Keurig. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend their products or their customer service.
Your machines are terrible
Your machines are terrible. I have bought at least 4 over the past 3 years and they stop working within a few months. I use filtered water so it’s your machine that is the problem. My last machine only lasted 2 months and I’m done with your company. I will never buy any of your merchandise ever again.
My Keurig machines have no value
My Keurig machine, used only 5 days a week at two cups per day, lasted less than 24 months. This is the second unit in a row that this has happened. Quality is in the tank and I will be looking for an alternative. If you have not yet purchased one of these, stop yourself and look for alternatives, the quality of construction has rapidly declined. Where is Joe Dimaggio and his Mr. Coffee coffee maker when you need him.

The company has a known problem with its coffee machines during and after the descaling process the machine does not work anymore and they will not make good on that it is junk. I will never ever buy another Keurig product in my life
Keurig Warranty is worthless.
I purchased a keurig in the spring of 2024. It quit working in December 2024. I did save the box but did not save the receipt. The box indicates the keurig was made 12-24-24 so it is less than a year old. The serial number also indicates this information. But without a receipt the best the can do is offer 35 percent off a new one. I won't be getting another keurig.
Poor quality
Purchased a Keurig Chill Coffee Maker in May 2025 for a $160. So far we are on our 3rd replacement! Keurig refuses to admit there is an issue with the design of this machine. Each time we call for issues we get the same run around. Eventually they replace it with yet another one. Three months later we do the same dance. This time we begged to have it replaced with another machine and after an hour they finally agreed. Hopefully this one lasts longer than three months - but not holding my breath. Will never purchase or recommend Keurig!
