Tom Walmsley, took me through all aspects of writing a will & sorting powers of attorney, in plain & simple terms, made it easy to understand & answered any questions i may have had. When a telephone consultation was arranged was always punctual in ringing & all paperwork was sent out rapidly.
Overall a great service.

Martin Hoare was my Key representative. He explained everything clearly and precisely. If I didn’t understand anything he would patiently go through it again. Whenever I had a query whilst going through the process he would answer my questions promptly. He kept me up to date every step of the way.

We were very reluctant about Equity Release initially as my parents had been ill advised in the past and I didn’t feel it was a way for us to move forward but talking with Joseph Withers put us at complete ease.
