Our advisor is Tom Walmsley. We have found him to be very helpful and patient, explaining carefully anything we didn't understand concerning our Wills. He always called at exactly the time and date previously arranged which is a very rare thing these days and has been much appreciated.

Neil Clarke was very helpful and very thorough. He guided us through the whole process and kept us updated all the way, giving sound help and advice when we needed it. It was a long process made easier with Neil by our side. We will always be grateful for his help, and knowing he is only a e-mail or phone call away if needed in the future is very reassuring.

Philip Johnson-Brown was a great help with updating my will, he explained everything fully, I was nervous about the appointment but he completely put me at ease, I would highly recommend.

From the start, Andrew was friendly, welcoming and highly knowledgeable, quietly and calmly explaining the process involved. He answered our queries clearly and in terms we could easily understand.
Andrew's communication was excellent throughout - he kept us involved and let us know the stages we were at, and gave us sensible timescales so we could see how we were progressing.
