After becoming familiar with KeyCommerce on YouTube, we signed up for their ads management services and are so glad we did. Before officially bringing KC on board, simply implementing the strategies they teach through YouTube led to a demonstrative increase in purchase conversions for our e-commerce store. The increase was so sharp compared to our prior strategy from a different service provider, we knew that KeyCommerce was the right partner. Our store launched in February 2023, and sales records continue to be achieved that we directly attribute to KC's work. Our Account Manager, Jo, is a pleasure to work with and brings deep knowledge and professionalism to each meeting. In addition to ads management, their holistic approach to e-commerce strategy including site compliance and page optimization is so appreciated. Highly recommend this service.

We had an excellent experience working with KeyCommerce. We hired them hoping they could help us reinstate our Google Merchant Center account. We had already hired two other agencies and they couldn’t unsuspend our account, so we had our doubts.

However, this time it was different and they were able to reinstate our account. From the discovery call to the execution part, they were super transparent and communicative throughout the whole process. They operated with high integrity and are incredibly experienced.

It was a bit pricey but they guaranteed results and it was totally worth it! I highly recommend working with them!

This is a very good in depth and free guide to understanding google shopping. Usually you'd have to pay for this quality.

We found Key Commerce while searching for tutorials on Google Merchant Center. We reached out and had a brief video intro with their CEO. We decided to give them a shot at managing gmc, and google ads using their "white glove" service. Everything has been absolutely great! The onboarding process was the initial step. Quick and easy. Once that was done their team got to work. We are always able to communicate priorities easily with each member dedicated to our account.
We have been using them for a few months now. They've proven their expertise by showing conversions almost right away. Each week we get a report with metrics and advice on best practices moving forward. This is the best marketing firm we've worked with! They are professional, and do what they say they are going to do. This let's the team on our end focus on designing and building our products.

My Ecommerce site has been working with Key Commerce for over 6 months and they have done more in that time than any of the “big box store” agencies have done before. Ads spend is down and revenue is up but more importantly, I now have consistency and predictability with what I will be spending.

When my company started working with Key Commerce there was a lot of work to do in cleaning and simplifying the account. We have 1000s of Keywords and In contrast to the “big box stores”, KC manually creates every campaign, rather than farm it out to some robot that makes 100s of campaigns with no rhyme or reason.

Since I started with KC, we have come across some technical hurdles as it pertains to google shopping/merchant and they have a level of expertise on this topic that I have not seen before. On the rare occasions that an issue would arise my personal account manager has an extremely knowledgeable team that attacks the issue head on (even on the weekends)

Speaking of “personal account manager”, yeah, there is actually a human that is actively managing your account, not a “go between” that tells someone else to make the changes. This person knows everything about the account and is actively tweaking the account to maximize ROAS.

I could go on for another 500 words talking about how happy I am with my team at Key Commerce, but I need to get to work, as my company has a lot of sales to fulfill :-)

The KeyCommerce team have been an incredible driver in the growth of our business. From day one, the team has provided a structured and strategic approach to growing our sales. We are on our way to reaching goals set for our account and we are now looking at expanding. They understand ecommerce very well and their strategies prove this.

It excels at explaining clearly and patiently the somewhat cloudy workings of ads, analytics and GMC in order to provide a clear map for us entrepreneurs: it succeeded in lifting that daunting "veil of the unknown" that used to keep me from growing my business via investing in ads digitally. I found KeyCommerce from their YT channel which is just loaded with good stuff and ended up having the free strategy call with Sam - the value he brings to the table is unmatched.
At no point did he try to pitch something or get anything, just simply had a strategy call where he gave me lots of advice and things I can implement right away.

I began working with Key Commerce around July/2020. I utilized their teachings like the customer profile builder and pretty much everything I could get my hands on. Now today 4/6/22, I was on the phone with a supplier regarding a drop ship order and they asked how business was. I told them things had been going very well and they were surprised as other stores had told them things were slow. The supplier went on to tell me that some of their biggest accounts had been asking about us saying things like, "Who are they and where did they come from", "They are popping up for everything now", "They must be spending a lot of money." (We aren't) THE SUPPLIER even asked how we are doing it and complimented us on being right there with the biggest names in the industry! The recognition speaks volumes, felt amazing and made my day which is why I wanted to write this. It's truly the least I can due. At Key Commerce they have drive and passion and brains! They will not steer you wrong and it might be the best decision I have ever made for my business. We are on track to blow past a quarter million (Total Sales) This year. In 2019 our yearly total sales was literally $2,991.35. As of right now (4-6-2022) we are at $74,995.42 (total sales) this year.
