I ordered a hatsune miku keyboard and it came in on time and even came with extra key caps. great product would buy again if it wears down

Customer Service was difficult. Several emails back and forth with just 1 question ata time from KeyGeek was frustrating. So I just gave up after a while. Placed an order two weeks ago, waited a week to reach out to support, since site says up to 5 days to pick, response was 8 hour turn around, hence the 2 stars, saying that they would ship my order the next day, a week later still no shipment. I am unsure if this is a legit site or not, seems a little scammy.

I love my keyboard. I get a lot of compliments on it at work and the Gateron Yellow switches are perfect for an open office.

My experience with Keygeak has been really great!

I found out about keygeak through Patch magazine which showed the animal series keycaps for a mechanical keyboard. This is my first mechanical keyboard so I wanted to invest in some nice keycaps for a lightly coloured dog themed desktop setup. I found the doggie variant for the animal series which I really wanted.

I live in the UK and this website sells keycaps for US layouts, so I contacted customer service to see if they could make this doggie variant keyboard with a UK ISO layout. They were very helpful and informative and advised me to order custom keycaps from them and add a note to request the doggie keycap design with a UK ISO layout. (I ordered my mechanical keyboard separately).

They sent me an image of the keycap designs before shipping it out so I could say whether I liked them or not or request any changes. Once they sent the keycaps out they arrived within a week. They were packed well overall into 3 separate trays and were well protected. One tray had some keycaps loose when I finally unpacked them but the keycaps themselves were still in perfect condition.

I fitted them to my keyboard (which is TKL) and noticed the smaller left shift keycap was missing. I looked everywhere for it but couldn't find it. So I got back in touch with customer support and they were very helpful and friendly and talked me through the options. They offered me a small refund or a replacement left shift keycap (still with the doggie design on it) and shipped it out to me for free. This arrived in good time as well and fits perfectly and completes the doggie keyboard for me!

Overall, this website seems to have really cute well made keycap designs that you wouldn't be able to find elsewhere and they can provide custom UK ISO layout keycaps too upon request. I'm really happy with the design and service I've received and would recommend them to anyone looking to setup a nice theme for their PC setup.

Both keycap sets arrived quickly & when one arrived damaged they were quick to help me get replacement keycaps! I greatly appreciate the speed & the price is fantastic too. Me & the person I bought the other set for are very pleased.

Extraordinary price on just what I needed and was looking for!

Took forever to get here and did not work as expected!

Got my keyboard in about 8-9 days (it was expected to be delivered in 2 weeks). Everything was just like shown on the online site, and included extra keys. I ordered the red switches, Quantum X98 model in Candy. Everything looks, feels, and works great! Without hesitation, I would buy another keyboard from Keygeak.

They appeal to my senses and are great quality.

Key switches were falsley advertised as green

Shipping time and speed was good, product was accurate as described, would consider buying again if I have any other product in interest.

Our custom play mat turned out beautifully however, the size was incorrect, we expected one size larger than we received and the logistics aren't the greatest it took about 3 weeks to receive our order.
