We haven't received many of our invoices for 2025 including, but likely not limited to November and December. I have emailed and called to complain for months but with no change. There haven't been any AI powered upgrades to any of the features that we have been using for years. Our rep Debbie MacLean and George Valente are fantastic.

I never take the time to leave a review but felt that I had to. WARNING if you are considering employing Keyloop’s services then run a mile, and my condolences if you are already their customer and you experience a technical problem. In my entire career I have never seen customer service like this. They do not respond to emails. Their main phone number does not work. I did find a customer service number, but they are just there to tell you that ‘someone will get back to you’. This is a lie. Their customer hub is pointless, it creates a ticket and puts you in an imaginary queue but nothing is ever actioned. We experienced a major problem with a simple fix. It should have been taken care of with a phone call or a couple of emails. Instead I have had to spend hours unsuccessfully trying to get the problem fixed. Ultimately, I had to accept weeks of lost income and to scramble to a different provider. Their customer service is non existent. This is not hyperbole. They have clearly gutted their company of most of the workforce to try and reduce costs. They will not help you if there is an issue. DO NOT USE KEYLOOP.
We've been using Keyloop products since 2022, and unfortunately, our experience has gone from consistently poor to outright unacceptable. The initial rollout was riddled with issues, and things have only deteriorated since.
Support is virtually unobtainable, and when you do get through, you're often met with an unhelpful and arrogant attitude. Pricing is another major concern—what we’ve encountered borders on exploitative, with opaque contracts seemingly designed to confuse and lock you in.
Since the acquisition of ATG, even the web services have taken a nosedive. Rather than focusing on improving their core offerings, Keyloop appears more interested in self-promotion—podcasts, events, and endless fluff on LinkedIn—while ignoring the real needs of dealerships.
Most critically, they do not listen to their customers. Feedback is disregarded, and product development seems completely disconnected from the realities of dealership operations.
Based on our experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend any of Keyloop’s services.

Our experience with Keyloop has been underwhelming. While the platform initially seemed promising, we encountered ongoing limitations that made it difficult to adapt the system to our evolving needs. Support responsiveness was inconsistent, and the lack of flexibility in their offerings left us feeling boxed in.
We were particularly disappointed by the time constraints and rigid contract terms, which made it challenging to explore alternative solutions. Overall, the service did not meet our expectations.

Absolutely atrocious customer service! Really I should say NON-EXISTENT customer service!
Be aware they charge you for basic features - like displaying your own bank details on Invoices - cost of £400!
I have a case opened for 9 months now - I will be giving birth to it soon at this rate
Horrible Customer support. Can take months to resolve issues. The average wait time for support over the phone is nearly 2 hours and most times they cannot resolve the issue. This has been ongoing for over a year. They continue to put out letters saying they are working on their support issues, but nothing has changed.
Their support department is non-existent - can't get through to a person, left message 7 Times, and still no response. Even their Relationship Managers don't respond. Used to be great support, but now a shambles !
