Don't use this scam website. They make you wait more than 2 weeks and then say you need to pay more. And if you refuse to pay, they say they are refunding money. BUT no money since the 28th of August. JUST DON'T USE THEIR WEBSITE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NOTHING! THEY ARE SIMPLY STEALING!!!

Very important notice. This site is fraud and be informed that those giving the 5 start rating are part of fraud. I place and order for my iPhone 8 Plus to be unlocked and after weeks of waiting they email me saying the my phone couldn’t be unlocked. And I have been refunded. I check my account everyday till now and I see no refund. It been several weeks now and I haven’t receive any refund. One guy email me saying he will help me get my money back i gave him my IMEI and he couldn’t do anything about. Now they don’t respond to my emails. Please be careful who you pay money to online. Am convinced Keys2iphone is a fraud and no one should pay money to them to them expecting their phone to be unlocked.

I am giving 5* because the job is done in unexpected time < 10hrs.
They should improve their notification system, the only mail I got was an order confirmation but not when order is completed. I had no idea of expected time of delivery (not mentioned anywhere) hence I have to go to their order status page and check every now and then.
They should also accept Paypal so that customers can have more trust, if something goes wrong customers can claim Paypal protection.

Overall I am satisfied with my order.

Amazing service. Was a little skeptic when I first saw the name. But I decided to give it a try. Pretty easy information they asked for about the phone I was unlocking. I received an email saying they would let me know whens its done. Got a email 5 days later saying its done. Checked the phone and was completely amazing to see it was unlocked. They even sent me an invoice for the service they provided. Highly recommend this provider. Wish I had found them a long time ago.

Terrible company and a scam! DO NOT USE!

I ordered an unlock code for a Sprint iPhone in July 2017. A few days later they told me I needed to pay more money to get white-listed by Sprint so I paid the extra amount. Had several emails back and forth asking for updates which were initially answered with "it some times takes 20 working days, etc." Two months later I still had no code. When I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company in Sept 2017, this company fought back and the only proof they provided was my initial charge authorization, but no proof that they actually provided a code or a refund. Insult to injury - they state on their website that they refunded me, but never got a refund on my credit card. Surprise surprise - they are liars too.

Stay away - and try elsewhere or with your carrier. These folks are just praying on people.

Changing my review to 1 star. I've been trying to contact them for the last 3 days and no reply. I was willing to wait. Now I've requested my refund. I shouldn't be waiting that long for a reply.

Very disappointed.
I've had good experience with them so I thought I'll use the same service this time too. It has been more than a month and my phone is still not unlocked and I am not sure what to do about that. Also, they do not reply to your emails. For a service that costs a 100$, the least you expect is a decent and timely response.

they said 24 hours... it was in less than 24.. no problem with japanese sim card on mexican locked phone.. they delivered!

Still waiting. No responses to my emails. Waiting more than one month.

Wow! I was very skeptical but had no choice because I purchased a beautiful new iPhone from eBay and didn't realize that it was locked to AT&T (my carrier is Consumer Cellular). In less than 24 hours my phone was unlocked; the final steps are easy and it worked like a charm! Plus, the price can't be beat–just $19.99! Thank you, Keys2iPhone!

It totally worked. Now, I can use other handsets on my Iphone 6s beyond At&T! The only issue was that the website says three business days to be unlocked, but mine took one week.

Genuine unlocked phones. No problem with this guys. Good suggestions provided and cheap in price, quality in work. Keep continue the same.

I've used KeysToIphone twice now, once with an iPhone 5 and now with an iPhone 6s. When I did it with my iPhone 5, it costed around $7 and took less than a week. This time around, it costed me $100 and almost three weeks to complete. I needed to unlock my phone fairly quickly, as I am on an exchange in Germany. I was first told it would cost me $30, and then a week later, they emailed me and said they needed $70 MORE in order to complete the unlocking process. They never responded to my email either. They do the unlock, but their service can be much better, and cheaper. Although I trust this company's work, their service is very poor. So, if you use their services, please be prepared to pay a lot of money and wait a long time!

It actually works, had to paybthe surcharge and took and took a couple of days more than told, but hey nothing perferct. received an email you phone is unlocked. AMAZING...

They unlocked my iphone! Which is super great. Especially considering it is a sprint phone. But!!!!! I am having trouble figuring out how I actually unlock my iphone when I connect it to itunes? Help!!! I know they sent intructions: Your handset is now unlocked! Please, follow the instructions below to complete final steps.

1. Install the last version of iTunes. Make sure your iPhone is updated to the latest official version from iTunes.
2. Connect iPhone to iTunes with not accepted (not valid) SIM card
3. Wait until iTunes detects the phone
4. Now disconnect iPhone and reconnect after 10 seconds. iPhone is Unlocked.

But I am not sure what they mean when saying connect to itunes with not valid sim card?? Someone help please!! Really want to take my phone into Boost Mobile today to get it set up and in use! Help!!

Since being reported by Keys2iPhone I am lowering my review. I feel that this is an attempt to censor my negative review of the service. Again, my phone was unlocked but the company has poor customer service in that you are more likely to get your review reported than you are to receive an email from them. If that doesn't speak poor customer service I don't know what does. The definition of a 1 star review according to TrustPilot: Bad- unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.

My review was reported due to them saying I made false claims such as that they are paying for users to give them positive reviews. This was never a claim by me, I simply stated that some companies do this and that it is always possible for it to happen. They also said I made a false claim in the amount of time it took for my iPhone to be unlocked. My claim is that I placed and order on 5/13 for an unlock and the unlock wasn't complete until 6/25. This is over a month from my first interaction to the date of the unlock. Can't really explain how they believe this to be a false claim.

*UPDATE* 6-25-16
Keys2iPhone finally unlocked my iPhone. This process took well over a month to complete and cost right under $100 USD. If you are thinking of doing this then just do so with caution. I cannot guarantee that they will unlock everyone's iPhone but I can tell you that after a month and a few weeks they did mine. If you are able to pay off your phone from your carrier then I suggest doing that as the unlock will be a heck of a lot quicker. Good luck everyone.

I've changed my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. They only get 2 due to the inability to keep their own deadline and for lack of customer service. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. They take much longer than the advertised times. I would have given more stars if there was better communication from these guys.

I decided to give Keys2iPhone a shot because they were recommended on a blog. I paid $39 USD for an unlock from AT&T. This was done on 5/13. This failed a week or so later and I was put into another status that said they were waiting for the premium gateway to come back online. I then went to look at reviews (should have done this to start with) and saw this was typical and that they will eventually say they can unlock my phone with a 100% guarantee if I pay a bit more.

So I decided to email them and check the status on this premium gateway. They emailed me the next day saying that if I just paid $59 more I would be put through the premium service that included a 100% guarantee and it would take up to 5 working days. I paid thinking why not. Well that was on 6/8 and it is way past the 5 working days and I'm stuck in "processing" limbo. So much for a 100% guarantee at 5 working days.

I did send some more emails to them and even called and left a message, no response. I've read tons of reviews and this seems common. I'm shocked at their high level of 5 and 4 star reviews this service has received due to my experience being what it is. It is possible to pay for services to inflate reviews so I'm guessing this is possible for this company as well but no clue if they are doing this nor am I accusing this company of this practice but I want to make it clear it is possible for this to occur. What I do know is they have close to $100 that I've paid for an unlock and I still have a phone I cannot use.

My warning; be very cautious with these types of companies. They know you are desperate, otherwise, you wouldn't be seeking their service. My hope is that they see my review and make good on their guarantee and unlock my phone ASAP. If they do, amazing and I'll change my review. If they are unable to or the wait is another month then I'd love a refund of my money and I'll just go to AT&T directly and pay them off for my phone and have them unlock it. Might as well seeing that me paying another 200 would have been easier and it would have been unlocked last month.
