I came to Keystone through a recommendation from a trusted professional contact. That personal referral gave me the confidence to make contact, and Nigel quickly justified that confidence.

Extremely satisfied. Nigel is the best employment lawyer I have ever worked with. His advice is clear, commercially grounded, and genuinely useful — which is why I have since referred him to multiple others.

What sets Nigel apart is his willingness to give a real opinion. Unlike many lawyers who sit on the fence, he lays out the pros and cons clearly and then recommends the best course of action. He also bridges the gap between strict legal theory and the pragmatic reality of what actually happens in practice — combining the perspective of a lawyer with that of an HR practitioner to deliver risk-managed outcomes. Add to that a responsive service and strong value for money, and there is very little to dislike.
