Kermanj is a friendly, professional surveyor who performed a detailled Level 3 RICS survey on our Victorian semi.
He was extremely thorough and explained every step of the process.
He has a sensible, real world, pragmatic approach.
We thoroughly recommend Kermanj
Fantastic experience with Keystone Residential Surveyors. The survey was detailed, easy to understand, and incredibly helpful. Their professionalism and clear communication made the whole process stress‑free. I’m very grateful for the quality of their work. Above all, I recommend Keystone Residential Surveyors and Kermanj come rain come shine.
5-star service from Kermanj from start to finish. He carried out a survey on the property we’re buying and was incredibly thorough, taking the time to clearly explain his findings and highlight any areas of concern.
He identified issues with the roof and possible damp, which we were then able to have looked into further before proceeding. The drone inspection of the roof was especially helpful, and the photos made it much easier for us to understand the areas of concern.
Kermanj’s attention to detail was excellent, and it was clear that he has a great deal of experience and knowledge. He was professional, approachable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and thorough surveyor.
