It was a shitty one. They were supposed to fix a seal on my car and my transmission went nothing I could do about it. Piece of shits they are

Incompétence totale.
Ma voiture est encore en garantie !
C’est un KIA sportage qui a un défaut FAP.
J’ai le voyant qui s’allume quand je fais de la grande route.
J’ai eu de multiples défauts FAP qui ont déclenché un défaut moteur et m’a bloqué la voiture chez le concessionnaire en vacances.
Tous les garages KIA se rejettent la faute !
Malgré qu’il soit en garantie, j’ai dû régler 115 € chez KIA BIARRITZ pour repartir avec mon véhicule.

A garage that's not fit to carry our any kind of servicing. They did not change the oil on my ceed, meaning that the oil filter blocked and the oil pump stopped pumping oil around the engine. But when this happens they offer you £79 compensation. I told them I wanted to escalate the complaint I have written emails to Gravells and Kia uk. But nobody gives a monkeys.

Mi novio tenía que pasar la revisión de su coche y varios días antes llamó a la KIA de Alcorcón. Le dijeron que tomaban nota para que le llamaran pero pasaron los días y no le llamaron. Volvió a llamar y le dijeron que podía coger cita por la web, pero cuando fue a hacerlo, lo único que haces es apuntarte para que te llamen. El plazo de la revisión se pasaba y tuvo que ir a otra delegación de Kia donde le atendieron de un día para otro. Cuando ya pasaron días después de haber hecho la revisión, le llamaron de Alcorcón para darle cita. Obviamente ya no la necesitaba, la respuesta de la chica fue que tenían mucho jaleo y que si quería podía poner una hoja de reclamaciones. Está claro que la atención al cliente no es el punto fuerte de estos señores.

On 8/26/24 in the am, my husband brought my kia to the service department on 14th St, Bradenton Florida due to the fact that i received an alert that my tire pressure was low and needed to be checked out. The person in the service department told him that they were too busy to check it now and my husband said "They acted as though they didn't want anything to do with me". Too busy to provide good customer service to a loyal customer who had purchased 2 cars from this dealership?? So my husband left and went to the Toyota dealer next door to have this issue looked at and they did check it out and adjusted whatever was wrong and took it for a drive to make sure it was working ok and there was no charge!! All done within 1/2 hour!! GREAT SERVICE BY TOYOTA DEALER!! POOR SERVICE BY KIA DEALER!! Very disappointed that Kia service did not come thru for me. My last review I gave them 5 stars but not this time!!!

Ce site est une escroquerie. D'abord, on fait de la publicité professionnelle, puis on ajoute des frais jusqu'à ce que le compte soit bloqué parce que l'équipe de sécurité a soi-disant constaté des irrégularités. Les conditions générales sont modifiées de manière arbitraire et ne sont pas conformes à la loi. La sécurité des données vers l'Europe n'est pas non plus explicitement présentée. La société est basée à Dubaï, mais elle est gérée par des Russes criminels et avides d'argent. Ils sont une honte et devraient être tenus pour responsables selon la loi en vigueur à Dubaï.

Po wygranym kuponie nie możesz za te pieniądze zagrać, musisz zrobić 3 wpłaty za minimum 45€ żeby móc wypłacić zarobione pieniądze „niby”. Chcą naciągnąć na kasę, na telegramie gościu daje 100% pewny mecz z dokładnym wynikiem. Tych meczy nie zobaczycie nigdzie indziej tylko na tym oszukanym buku. Nie dajcie się wciągnąć tym oszusta

Nie polecam!!! Oszustwo jakich mało , nie maja licencji , zakladow nie znajdziecie na internecie tylko u nich . Musicie wykonać 3 wpłaty by podobno** móc wypłacić swoje wygrane pieniądze. To jest kpina . Uważajcie też na telegramy oferujące podobno 100% skuteczności to jest scam .
