Unclear extra fees charged of +€800
I've been charged more than €800 in 1 month on extra costs for charging on my ow charging station. KIA charge wasn't able to clearly explain where these costs came from, yet they took the money off of my bank account.
This happened after 1,5 years of using their pass on different charging stations combined with my own. Never any problem, suddenly in 2026 without any warning: heavy extra costs.
KIA charge support was unclear and unwilling. My KIA dealer was able to sort things out and have the money refunded. KIA dealership and their team is great and goes the extra mile.
Also KIA is a great brand, KIA Charge has challenges.
